- Michael Lindell, CEO and inventor of MyPillow, is defending his advertising methods after the Better Business Bureau dropped the pillow maker's company rating from an A+ to an F and revoked its accreditation. Anna Werner reports.

You can tell from his "distracted" form of interviewing, and his complete lack of understanding the BBB's points, that he's def a follower.
An A+ to an F . . .. Okay, I get that the BBB has problems with the ad campaign but aren't there other criteria involved in a BBB rating? How about, does the manufacturer deliver what's promised? Is the product, as stated, made in the U.S.A? Is it indeed free from allergens? Does he stand by the product and, given he must have a return policy, does he adhere to that policy in the even of returns?
An A+ to an F on the basis of a single criterion seems a tad Draconian to me. Just sayin'. And no, I don't use My Pillows, although I've been tempted (I need to replace my ancient pillows).

By the way it is a good product me and my wife have them on our bed and I bought it for my son. I prefer the firm holds just where you put it.

instead of BBB get involved, why not consumers decide whether to buy his misleading advertisements about all of these issues like; buy one and get one free. if consumers are smart enough they can do math and reserch the product before they buy

I hate this pillow I fluff it just right and in an hour or two I wake up cause the stuffing has shifted and gone flat. I wake up at least 3 times a night just to move the stuffing around. And this from someone who never wakes up during the night. Not even to go to the bathroom.

Getting this pillow from a thrift store for my chronic sleeping disorder. I just knew I had mad a excellent deal, and was excited. By night three my sleep went from chronic to not sleeping at all. I now have a chronic muscle condition in my neck. I hurried up and return that pillow to a non-profit organization store!
