Lindell has not sold enough pillows to keep either of his 2 plants in business.
His pillows are so awful, Lindell had to lay off 150 employees in one plant and 140 in another.
Doesn't help that he's been sued 7 times for false advertisement and claiming he was endorsed by the National Sleep Foundation, which he is not.

Of course. There is genius in using a byproduct or waste material and turning it into something useful. It's just over priced. Way over priced. Greedy. And they lied about the medical endorsements. I was taught something similar in culinary school in menu development when sometimes up charging an item would make guests more inclined to think its better quality and more willing to get it than if it was cheaper, "it must be better". In this case he's got some balls to charge $80+ for a bag of waste scrap. Why not just a bag of sawdust, and charge $80, people would buy it just because its $80 sawdust.

I have loved my pillow for 4 years. Does what it's supposed to. I wash it and dry it and it fluff right back to as new. Stays how I put it when I fall asleep. All of the people that I know who I told about them and bought one say the same thing...best pillow purchase ever. Most bought more after trying one. So I don't know why the stink. I went to buy a replacement pillow for my dad years ago. It had to be exactly like the one he had. $189.00 at Bed Bath and Beyond. I was flabbergasted. As I was calling to be sure he wanted it I looked over and saw My Pillow on sale for $49.00. I always thought...who would pay $69.00 for a pillow? But then I see $189.00 pillow so then I realize I buy 2-3 new pillows each year anyway. So I bought the My Pillow 4 years ago. Never bought another and I love it. I actually carry it with me when I travel. I've never done that before unless camping. Throw it in the washer and dryer and just like new again. I sleep like a baby

My opinion has zero to do with politics or Mike himself.
But the pillows itself are not of bad quality. They are just way to small for the cost. The filling is nothing more than chopped memory foam.
Chopped might be nicely put, suggesting shape and some uniformity in the filler. It's ground scrap material, big torn odd shaped pieces, crumbs, and everything in between. Could be scrap shoveled right off the floor. They don't do anything special to it. They could sell one of these that maybe works great for someone, but if so how could they even replicate it? Its random scrap material, none of them are identical lol... I'm all for putting scrap material to use, but for how its marketed and price there's no justification but a massive price gouge.

A long time ago, my husband and I ordered a My Pillow in a BOGO1/2 off because we were looking for good pillows for posture and back/neck relief and they were the shittiest, lumpiest crap pillows ever. Even after throwing them in the dryer as instructed ( we even tried an extra long time thinking we were doing something wrong) and we found out that this is exactly the way they are according to other consumers. We should have done our due diligence but its a pillow not a car. We were scammed hands down. We would have been better off just buying the $5 pillows from Walmart.

My partner purchased these pillows from one of the home shopping networks years ago. After 1 week, they were returned. Expensive, horrible pillows! Walmart $10.00 pillows are of better quality then these things.

He's now being sued...again...for 1.3 billion for lying about voter fraud and Dominion machines. Department stores all over the country are no longer selling his pillows. They refuse to do business with Lindell. Khol's, Marshall's, Macy's, Bed & Bath, Homegoods, Target, IKEA, Bergdorf's, Dillard's, Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Bek's are all no longer selling his pillows. And that list keeps growing.
Just maybe the My Pillow Guy could sell his junk pillows to his best buddy Diaper Donnie for all of his hotels and resorts. I'm sure all his rich friends would love sleeping on them.

These all seem like petty reasons to drop a company’s rating, especially by that much. Consider reasons why some other companies rightly have terrible ratings, like ripping people off and having bad customer service. Compared to that My Pillow seems pretty harmless.
the "buy one get one free" made consumers pay 85 dollars for two pillows. there was no option to order one pillow for 42 dollars. It was forcing everyone to purchase two pillows at the regular price of 42 bucks each. That is not a BOGO, it is a scam, and it's highly illegal.

$90 for 2 pillows. They are of extremely LOW quality too. My co-worker bought (2 for 1) and we all got to see how bad it was. Very lumpy, not comfortable at all, and appeared to be something you would buy at the Dollar store.

I finally got the pillow and I love it. As far as the lawsuits, give me a break!!! Nothing was done or said that is not standard advertising for many products. When you are big, often they will go after you. As an aside, I cannot subscribe to Mike's political beliefs but that is a separate issue.

I have been meaning to contact you about your "MY PILLOW". I Bought "my pillow" about 2 years ago after deciding to upgrade my bedding to an adjustable one. Thinking (after all your ads) that they would be a good investment. I bought king firm. Boy was I wrong. I didn't save the receipt (didn't really think I needed to) as I said before you were giving such high praise, I didn't think I would have a problem. It's been two years & I hurt in places I shouldn't be hurting. I am a side sleeper (left side). I also have breathing problems so at first I thought that was the problem. It's not. As i said before I sleep on my left side but what bothers me most is my RIGHT SIDE. MY NECK, SHOULDER AND ARM APPEAR TO BE WEAK & MY MUSCLE TONE IS REALLY BAD. I have a hard time reaching for objects above my head & I'm constantly dropping objects. I have purchased. A tens machine, a heating pad that fits from shoulder to waist. I have also purchased a vibrating hand-held massager NOTHING WORKS. After so long, I don't really expect there's much to be done in the way of comfort. I expected it would be a solid piece of something but it appears to be semi filled with broken pieces of foam. Punching, shaking folding in half doesn't help either. I paid a good amount for two pillows & I just keep hoping I'll eventually get used to them. I don't know if I should try opening them up and putting the filing from one into the other so that everything together might be more solid & hopefully more firmer because it's to expensive to toss out. Anyway I'm at a complete lost as to what to do next. Just wanted to LET you know I will not be recommending. "MY PILLOW" TO ANYONE EVER!

The mattress topper is actually pretty good if you don't want to spend $1,000 on new made my old mattress feel brand new for my spare room and I use it for my tear drop trailer works great. I did buy their pillow when it first came out just take time getting used to most of the time you get used to some crappy pillow that's real flat after a while this one does hold your head up but it takes time to get used to but I think it's over priced.
