This is actually a common thing drug dealers sometimes do. Think about it from a business perspective: imagine having a client buying $100 worth of product from you per day. But if he uses it too much and does not sleep, he could die and there goes your $100 per day. Get it?

As a recovering alcoholic and drug addict the only thing we want is an opportunity to prove our potential. I am 6 years sober and still my past blocks me from reaching my full potential. I am glad he is successful and wish him the best.

I admire this man greatly because he not only kicked drugs,which most people don’t have the strength of character to do that. In addition, he was smart enough to build a very successful company and become a multi-millionaire. @Sara Ford I had many friends that were addicts. It really depends on the drugs. Pain medication is not as bad as other drugs. Cocaine, Heroin, even Alcohol will damage brain cells. It depends on the length of time you took the drugs. The type of drugs you were on. The amount of drugs you took. We already lose brain cells as we age. You don't get it back. The saying of brain cell lost is irreversible is a myth. Too much brain cell loss from drugs, lead to brain damage, and sometimes death.

Mike, I saw your Documentary on RUclips today (Feb. 5, 2021)...well, only about 15 minutes of it and all of a sudden the screen turned black and white letters said: "This video is no longer available". WOW!! I looked at my RUclips "History" and that was not even there! It was deleted from my viewing list!!
I know that despite all the negative reviews about this pillow company's products, and bashing on the founder about how he had a drug addiction and stuff, hey, at least he's changed into someone for the better and was much more committed into doing something more positive for us that might have changed the way we sleep, and that made him successful if it weren't for his own actions of changing himself.
And that's what's good. The guy's kooky, he's eccentric, he tells tall tales about the special Iranian cotton groves that have given him the where-with-all to make his pillows, blankets and mattress toppers, but he is still an almost legendary SUCCESS STORY.
