Honestly at this point if you have Tama, Seika SS2 and DPS like Bungo despite her RNG nature or I assume Ruka Fire? Then yeah just save Aoi might be on your off rate one day 4 SS is already a good start

I'll just answer the question in the grand scheme of thing aside from certain content (will be released later on) where it only allows A memorias, A memorias aren't used at all, though with S memoria some of them are usable a popular one I can think of is Yingxia (Yunyun)'s S Memorias, I'm most likely not make a video regarding those but I will suggest you check in the descriptions with Bakasa's Tojo Files where they included said notable/useful memorias in their Tier list (EN) section

Having meta is usually for high end or end game stuff but I would still recommend having meta units in order for you to have a smoother experience playing the main story like how later main story enemies and especially bosses in the future really packs a punch And you’ll feel a sort of difficulty spike if you’re not ready, Tama is a more recommended choice but I like in the video ultimately the choice is yours next best thing of that same selector is Seira or Seika HBR is generous to give you SS guaranteed login event so maybe one of them would be a meta unit who knows, but as a player playing for 2 years I’ve cleared upto the latest main story chapter whilst being F2P all that time if story is your goal then yes you can do it
1.If you don`t care about pieces of shit from score attack challenge and orb dungeon, the answer is yes. But some universal buffers are still recommended like Chinese Dress Seika or Yingxia,Li, which will make your life a lot eaiser, thus Irene`s SS can do most daily jobs for you and even get 100,000,000 score in score attack after she has penetration critical attack and with the help of other universal buffers/debuffers. The main story dungeon is boring but not as hard as it used to be now(Chapter 4-Part 2 used to be a nightmare). You will feel an increase in difficulty in Chapter 4 but if you level up your team member well you can beat the story without paying any cash. BTW the final boss in Chapter 4-Part 2 requires 2 battle team.
I did 22 rerolls but couldn't get SS2 Seika, the best i got is SS1 Yuki, SS1 Bon Ivar, SS1 Yuina, SS1 Aoi and Tama from selector, guess i'll go with that

I plan on rerolling and would be a shame to spend all this time and money just to get my account banned. Not all gachas tend to ban salted accounts, but some do so kinda afraid of it happening.
I hope not especially since it’s Day 1 rerolls are expected I’m not sure if it’s foolproof but once you think you have settled with your desired rerolled account better to bind aside from the main Yostar’s method

There’s level in the specific memorias aside from the character level right, for the first SS memoria of every character there is the section called ジェネライズ／スキル進化 or Generalize/Skill Evolution (hopefully would be the same in the English translation) it’s the one with 4/5 upgrade only to make it more clearer on which one it is. Anyways you have to upgrade and then once you do, you can inherits the skills of Seika SS1 onto Seika SS2 You can’t put the same character in the same unit sadly Going by the SS you got for now I would recommend SS2 Seika, SS Aoi and SS Bungo Then let’s see an extra attacker and the last two being either a buffer or debuffer if you have S Yingxia or S Shiki those two can work
You need to learn the skill first. All skill on A and S style can be equipped on SS and each SS has an exclusive skill. And exclusive skill of all characters` SS1 can be unitized and provider extra skill levels so that other style can equip them. And I recommend the first unitized character is Yingxia so that her S style can equipment the ex skill. For Seika, you need to learn PowerBrust in SS1, then you change to SS2 so that you can equip PowerBrust in the skill page. Outfits can be changed freely after 2 limit breaks(for SS).
In case you are still wondering, all version of a character can use the common skill of all of their version. First, you need to level your character up to a certain level requiement (all version of a character share the same level progression), then go to each version page (style in jp, memoria in en) and learn those skills manually (use some material). If the skill doesnt have "exclusive"on the name, then after you learn the skill any version of the same character can equip it. Exclusive mean only that particular version can use that skill (this is the case for SS version, and the skill is called EX skill) You only need to learn the first part of a skill to learn it, the other part are only to enhance the skill level.

5 SS with at least three of them (Aoi, Seika SS1 and Tama) is already pretty good team to start I would recommend going from there to both save your pulls and save yourself the trouble and have the risk that even if you do get her there’s a chance that you’ll have 2 SS in that roster

First thing to know about this game, it is very yuri heavy. Every main character is part of a yuri couple, they get lovey-dovey sometimes so play something else if this is not your thing.
run with breaker or no breaker? when looking at players' lineups, i almost never see a breaker in their team. are they bad or just other characters offer more value. when i started, i pumped alot into my ss yuki breaker, only to later see no one with a breaker.

Should I save quartz for future banners or try and get Aoi SS1 using the pity system? Would need to spend more than 40k quartz to get enough points to exchange for Aoi SS1 unless I get lucky. Assuming I never purchase quartz what do you think is better?
Save it for future banner I would say Especially if you’re going F2P or not gonna buy much with your money, Aoi SS1 isn’t the ultra mega must need unit even if her utility is still one of the most unique ones even to this day
I mean if you have the quartz to go to at least Step 3 (to have a guaranteed SS) then sure go ahead but for example you’re aiming to pull on a banner like Angel Beats that will come in a month to a few months for example, save it. This game is I think generous enough for you receive SS without pulling that much that you’ll slowly get more SS overtime though just don’t forget to login because the getting SS without much pulling part usually comes from logging it to get tickets to pull on a SS guaranteed banner

Yep 150 pulls and then you can exchange your points for the featured SS Nope the pity doesn’t carry for any unused exchange points will be converted into GGP
Sadly only new memoria is will have rate up banners the one already in the pool can have “rate up“ banner but they are included in more elemental focus or characters of a certain squad focused
Im rerolling to get seika. In one account i got ruka fire and aoi. If i get seika and no other SS its better to just go with seika? In the seika acc i have tama from selector, two S buffers and breakers, and one S attacker.
For me I would have to go with the one with the Seika account as much as it might hurts having S memoria DPS it ultimately depends if you get lucky to get an SS DPS unit in your next SS pull so I think it’s worth taking the risk

Let’s see collab with Angel Beats banner for one since it’s limited Others would these banners Yunyun (Yingxia)’s SS Yotsuha and Muua SS Aoi SS2 The first two having banner involved memoria that’s more of the buffer side of things Aoi SS2 is specifically a damage dealer for a Thunder focused team but damn is she good at it
If yostar does not change the gecha orders, then Yingxia`s SS1 comes first. She is the only person can give others extra hit counts freely(5 hits*10% ovarall damage) thus a great ATK up until today, so Yingxia still has no replacers. The first AB collab comes right after Yingxia`s release. Yuri and Kanade are top damage ouputers but Kanade is cripped by light team build(there is still no powerful light team build in JP Server today), while Yuri is the best fire damage dealer for a long time. S Miyuki can be exchanged in event store and she is one of the best healer in the early game as she can restore 1,600 dp and provide a defense up. Event Ohshima Family Tales is right after the first AB collab. Yotsuha SS1 is the core of fire team build as she provide fire ATK up, fire critial chance and fire critial damage up at the same time. If you want to achieve all trophies in 400,000 stage score attack with a fire team build, Yotsuha is a must-have. Muua SS1 is one of the 2 style which can provide Mind Eye before Suit Tama comes and she is a healer unlike Minori. Then Sugawara SS2 and Mikoto SS1, Sugawara SS2 is one of the best dark damage dealer and the easiest one to raise since her ex damage skill is based on vitality. And Sugawara`s S allows her apply extra hit bonus on herself(3*20%). But there is no proper dark team build at this time so you has to rely on universal buffers like Yingxia and Seika. For Mikoto SS1, this is not the time for a dark debuffer to shine, and she is replaced by priate Aina who defines how dark team build plays. Event What I Aspired to Read to You, ice Adel can provide herself ice ATK up and extra hit bonus(3*20%, skill from S style Glimmer of Omen), which means Adel herself is half ice team and carries the ice team build when ice team lacks ice buffers/debuffers. But I warn you the best ice team build now is expensive. Assassin Mari is for speedrun or dungeon. Then Fire Megumi, the last piece for fire team, replaces Tsukasa SS1 and Isuzu by providing 1.65 fire field , fire defense down and fragile(require light SS). But the end of 400,000 stage is near so fire team`s glory will over soon, so I do not recommend you aim for fire Megumi. Dark Kura is useless until Kura got her master skill. Event The Noble Yet Fleeting. Hail to the ultimate lightning team defender/damage dealer Aoi Erika Deliever of Miracle. Even without the invincible shield from SS1, Maid Aoi is still a outstanding defender due to her 4-sp-taunt. And Cream Soda Beam benefits from tokens, which makes Maid Aoi has the highest damage potential in lightning team build. Thus Maid Aoi is the cheapest soloution to the hardest score attack Detestable Vice(As it attacks twice a turn and is weak to lightning), And lightning team build with Maid Aoi and Vampire Sharo dominates 600,000 stage score attack challenge as it requires you deal at least 1,500,000 damage under highest difficulty.
Then Aina SS1. Though being the best universal debuffer, Aina`s highlight comes after Aina SS2 is released, which make SS1 a skill provider. So I think you can skip her. Sharo`s event is a good story. But Sharo SS1 and Vritika SS1 are not powerful. Wedding Mari has the highest damage potential as a ice attacker, but requires someone do the 200% destuction rate first. So her highlight is accompanied by ice Yuina Senpai. Did I mention ice team build is expensive? BTW Wedding Mari is a good choice for orb dungeon as well. Wedding Ichiko is the only solution for fire team on Detestable Vice. But it still require the front members and Ichiko herself at least 2 limit break to survive in the bombmardment. For the sake of your wallet, skip, unless you are fascinated by her. Event Peace of Cradle. Ice Tenne carries the ice debuffer position in the darkest days for ice team, only to be replaced by ice Hisame. Sad. Second summer event. Midsummer or dark Yuina is the only dark aoe damage dealer, thus she is also effecitve dealing with single foe. If you skipped Sugawara SS2 and want to get a dark attacker for future darl team build. Yuina SS3 is the best option. And Yuina can grant herself extra turn now, ice Yuina will do even more. Light tsukasa&karin, useful in light time build, but light team sucks. Inori SS2 is completely useless until buffed with penetration critical attack 1 year later, then she becomes the cheapest option for 1,000,000 stage score attack. Event The Little Empress and the Peaceful Breakfast, lightning Miya is an improvment opinion for lightning team. Event A Beauty's Onsen Story ~Steam in Myriad Hues, Isuzu SS2 is the best defense down debuffer, though I don`t see many build involve her. The max score cap reaches to 600,000 this event. Adel SS3 is the strongest dark damage outputer but she requires at least 3 limit break to outmatch Sugawara and Yuina. Lightning Yingxia is also an improvment for lightning team, but Yingxia needs more than 48sp to finish all buffs. So you probably do not need this style. And then, Vamprie Sharo, the first woman breaks the game. Sharo SS2 implanets lightning weakness to all foes even if they are resist to lightning. That`s means you can use all mutipliers on score attack, espeacially fragile and mind eye which adds 50% damage. In other words, you can finish most of the game with a lightning team build with Vampire Sharo and Maid Aoi. Then ice misato and ice Akari, ice misato is one of the best overdrive charger for any build and the first ice aoe damage dealer. Some lightning build for 2-boss score attacks requires ice misato actually. While ice Akari can increase overdrive directly, most of time she is used in speedrun. Hail to Suit Tama, the ultimate buffer and a must-have, the second woman who break the game. Suit Tama provides critial chance, 50% critial damage up and Mind Eye, causing Seika and Nuwa retire immediately. Also Suit Tama can greatly increase ATK for reserve but usually Yingxia does the job. Idol event, idol aoi is cute, but idol incigo is the only fire aoe provider. Skip second AB collab if you want powerful styles, I am serious. Then we will have white princess Yuki/Dark Yuki and lightning Wakki. Lightning wakki is a must-have if you want beat the incoming 1,000,000 cap 2-boss score attack with lightning team. And the glorious day for dark team build is near, Yuki SS5 can provide 1.65 dark field for the incoming dark team, thought Iroha SS1`s 1.5 dark field is enough. Kozue SS3, the third woman who breaks the game.The new 1,000,000 stage score attack increase the maxium difficulty and require more stats for your team, while Kozue SS3 is the only one who can increase stats. So she is a must-have unless your team members are all above 3 limit breaks. Then Bunny Tsukasa, the fourth woman breaks the game. She is the first core of the new dark team build as she not only implanet dark weakness but also gives other dark element character extra hit bonus(5*10%). The second fragment of dark team build, Aina SS2 or priate Aina, is released a month later, completing the new dark team build, which is defined by entering overdrive in 3 turns and refresh overdrive in extra turns.

@@vanzeralltheway8638 There are popularity banners which only includes 10 certain SS styles, which is a good way to obtain popular/strong styles if you missed many of them. And I remember Yingxia SS1 is included in the first banner. But I am afraid that you have to wait for 4-6 months for the first popularity banner as it is after the second summer event in JP server.
The fact that I had to waste resources on the 31-b characters since I’m forced to use them on the “requiem for the blue” event pissed me off big time man
Let me be frank, that event felt much better than the inori event because then you can just overlevel the 31-B and borrow all booster+accecories from your main team. With the inori event, you are forced to play with a roster you never know about, not actually getting them, and not being able to adjust their stat yourself.

@@patrick6210 I just happened to get seika 2 and ruka fire, and been able to clear S-level event of this and the mari one, so with just 4 life stones i can get, like 1,5M of exp easy(this was like, what, lvl1 to lvl50 in one go?) So with that, and like 2 skill levels for each A-S memorial from 31-B, borrowing rings and booster from my main team, i can clear all of the story boss just fine (it was funny, even, seeing the boss did virtually no damage to my team of A-S tier) For the inori event, however, i was distraught by the fact that i have none of the character used, let alone undestand how they work, not even familiar with any of them yet (storywise), and the final boss hits so dang hard i need to retry it a few times. I cleared it all by now, but those experiences are affecting me and made me skip a bunch of the story. Doesnt help that i didnt like inori, both her character and in game gimmick. (Having HUGE sp cost for her skill and self buff, and basically play by kill stealing from her teammates)

Hi. Thanks for clear information and those links are helpful. Quick question. So I selected Tama SS1 from selector and managed to get Seika SS2 after like 54 rerolls. Should I save quartz for future banners or try and get Aoi SS1 using the pity system? Would need to spend more than 40k quartz to get enough points to exchange for Aoi SS1 unless I get lucky. Assuming I never purchase quartz what do you think is better?

Especially if you’re going F2P or not gonna buy much with your money, Aoi SS1 isn’t the ultra mega must need unit even if her utility is still one of the most unique ones even to this day

I mean if you have the quartz to go to at least Step 3 (to have a guaranteed SS) then sure go ahead but for example you’re aiming to pull on a banner like Angel Beats that will come in a month to a few months for example, save it. This game is I think generous enough for you receive SS without pulling that much that you’ll slowly get more SS overtime though just don’t forget to login because the getting SS without much pulling part usually comes from logging it to get tickets to pull on a SS guaranteed banner

A question! Does the exchange point pity will carry over on the next banner or no?
The simple answer is sadly no.
If you didn’t use your exchange points they will simply just turn into the GGP currency after the banner ends

Im rerolling to get seika. In one account i got ruka fire and aoi. If i get seika and no other SS its better to just go with seika? In the seika acc i have tama from selector, two S buffers and breakers, and one S attacker.
For me I would have to go with the one with the Seika account as much as it might hurts having S memoria DPS it ultimately depends if you get lucky to get an SS DPS unit in your next SS pull so I think it’s worth taking the risk

Aoi SS2 is specifically a damage dealer for a Thunder focused team but damn is she good at it
If yostar does not change the gecha orders, then Yingxia`s SS1 comes first. She is the only person can give others extra hit counts freely(5 hits*10% ovarall damage) thus a great ATK up until today, so Yingxia still has no replacers.
The first AB collab comes right after Yingxia`s release. Yuri and Kanade are top damage ouputers but Kanade is cripped by light team build(there is still no powerful light team build in JP Server today), while Yuri is the best fire damage dealer for a long time. S Miyuki can be exchanged in event store and she is one of the best healer in the early game as she can restore 1,600 dp and provide a defense up.
Event Ohshima Family Tales is right after the first AB collab. Yotsuha SS1 is the core of fire team build as she provide fire ATK up, fire critial chance and fire critial damage up at the same time. If you want to achieve all trophies in 400,000 stage score attack with a fire team build, Yotsuha is a must-have. Muua SS1 is one of the 2 style which can provide Mind Eye before Suit Tama comes and she is a healer unlike Minori.
Then Sugawara SS2 and Mikoto SS1, Sugawara SS2 is one of the best dark damage dealer and the easiest one to raise since her ex damage skill is based on vitality. And Sugawara`s S allows her apply extra hit bonus on herself(3*20%). But there is no proper dark team build at this time so you has to rely on universal buffers like Yingxia and Seika. For Mikoto SS1, this is not the time for a dark debuffer to shine, and she is replaced by priate Aina who defines how dark team build plays.
Event What I Aspired to Read to You, ice Adel can provide herself ice ATK up and extra hit bonus(3*20%, skill from S style Glimmer of Omen), which means Adel herself is half ice team and carries the ice team build when ice team lacks ice buffers/debuffers. But I warn you the best ice team build now is expensive. Assassin Mari is for speedrun or dungeon.
Then Fire Megumi, the last piece for fire team, replaces Tsukasa SS1 and Isuzu by providing 1.65 fire field , fire defense down and fragile(require light SS). But the end of 400,000 stage is near so fire team`s glory will over soon, so I do not recommend you aim for fire Megumi. Dark Kura is useless until Kura got her master skill.
Event The Noble Yet Fleeting. Hail to the ultimate lightning team defender/damage dealer Aoi Erika Deliever of Miracle. Even without the invincible shield from SS1, Maid Aoi is still a outstanding defender due to her 4-sp-taunt. And Cream Soda Beam benefits from tokens, which makes Maid Aoi has the highest damage potential in lightning team build.
Thus Maid Aoi is the cheapest soloution to the hardest score attack Detestable Vice(As it attacks twice a turn and is weak to lightning), And lightning team build with Maid Aoi and Vampire Sharo dominates 600,000 stage score attack challenge as it requires you deal at least 1,500,000 damage under highest difficulty.
Then Aina SS1. Though being the best universal debuffer, Aina`s highlight comes after Aina SS2 is released, which make SS1 a skill provider. So I think you can skip her.
Sharo`s event is a good story. But Sharo SS1 and Vritika SS1 are not powerful.
Wedding Mari has the highest damage potential as a ice attacker, but requires someone do the 200% destuction rate first. So her highlight is accompanied by ice Yuina Senpai. Did I mention ice team build is expensive? BTW Wedding Mari is a good choice for orb dungeon as well.
Wedding Ichiko is the only solution for fire team on Detestable Vice. But it still require the front members and Ichiko herself at least 2 limit break to survive in the bombmardment. For the sake of your wallet, skip, unless you are fascinated by her.
Event Peace of Cradle. Ice Tenne carries the ice debuffer position in the darkest days for ice team, only to be replaced by ice Hisame. Sad.
Second summer event. Midsummer or dark Yuina is the only dark aoe damage dealer, thus she is also effecitve dealing with single foe. If you skipped Sugawara SS2 and want to get a dark attacker for future darl team build. Yuina SS3 is the best option. And Yuina can grant herself extra turn now, ice Yuina will do even more.
Light tsukasa&karin, useful in light time build, but light team sucks.
Inori SS2 is completely useless until buffed with penetration critical attack 1 year later, then she becomes the cheapest option for 1,000,000 stage score attack.
Event The Little Empress and the Peaceful Breakfast, lightning Miya is an improvment opinion for lightning team.
Event A Beauty's Onsen Story ~Steam in Myriad Hues, Isuzu SS2 is the best defense down debuffer, though I don`t see many build involve her. The max score cap reaches to 600,000 this event.
Adel SS3 is the strongest dark damage outputer but she requires at least 3 limit break to outmatch Sugawara and Yuina.
Lightning Yingxia is also an improvment for lightning team, but Yingxia needs more than 48sp to finish all buffs. So you probably do not need this style.
And then, Vamprie Sharo, the first woman breaks the game. Sharo SS2 implanets lightning weakness to all foes even if they are resist to lightning. That`s means you can use all mutipliers on score attack, espeacially fragile and mind eye which adds 50% damage. In other words, you can finish most of the game with a lightning team build with Vampire Sharo and Maid Aoi.
Then ice misato and ice Akari, ice misato is one of the best overdrive charger for any build and the first ice aoe damage dealer. Some lightning build for 2-boss score attacks requires ice misato actually. While ice Akari can increase overdrive directly, most of time she is used in speedrun.
Hail to Suit Tama, the ultimate buffer and a must-have, the second woman who break the game. Suit Tama provides critial chance, 50% critial damage up and Mind Eye, causing Seika and Nuwa retire immediately. Also Suit Tama can greatly increase ATK for reserve but usually Yingxia does the job.
Idol event, idol aoi is cute, but idol incigo is the only fire aoe provider.
Skip second AB collab if you want powerful styles, I am serious.
Then we will have white princess Yuki/Dark Yuki and lightning Wakki. Lightning wakki is a must-have if you want beat the incoming 1,000,000 cap 2-boss score attack with lightning team. And the glorious day for dark team build is near, Yuki SS5 can provide 1.65 dark field for the incoming dark team, thought Iroha SS1`s 1.5 dark field is enough.
Kozue SS3, the third woman who breaks the game.The new 1,000,000 stage score attack increase the maxium difficulty and require more stats for your team, while Kozue SS3 is the only one who can increase stats. So she is a must-have unless your team members are all above 3 limit breaks.
Then Bunny Tsukasa, the fourth woman breaks the game. She is the first core of the new dark team build as she not only implanet dark weakness but also gives other dark element character extra hit bonus(5*10%). The second fragment of dark team build, Aina SS2 or priate Aina, is released a month later, completing the new dark team build, which is defined by entering overdrive in 3 turns and refresh overdrive in extra turns.

I can see there is a rotating 31 squad and elemental banner, but does charavter only got focused rate up on release?
@@vanzeralltheway8638 There are popularity banners which only includes 10 certain SS styles, which is a good way to obtain popular/strong styles if you missed many of them. And I remember Yingxia SS1 is included in the first banner. But I am afraid that you have to wait for 4-6 months for the first popularity banner as it is after the second summer event in JP server.
The fact that I had to waste resources on the 31-b characters since I’m forced to use them on the “requiem for the blue” event pissed me off big time man
Let me be frank, that event felt much better than the inori event because then you can just overlevel the 31-B and borrow all booster+accecories from your main team.
With the inori event, you are forced to play with a roster you never know about, not actually getting them, and not being able to adjust their stat yourself.
Im so glad that one of my main SS is Kozue so i have overleveled char to use. Had to spend 5 LP to powerlevel everyone else tho

@@patrick6210 I just happened to get seika 2 and ruka fire, and been able to clear S-level event of this and the mari one, so with just 4 life stones i can get, like 1,5M of exp easy(this was like, what, lvl1 to lvl50 in one go?)
So with that, and like 2 skill levels for each A-S memorial from 31-B, borrowing rings and booster from my main team, i can clear all of the story boss just fine (it was funny, even, seeing the boss did virtually no damage to my team of A-S tier)
For the inori event, however, i was distraught by the fact that i have none of the character used, let alone undestand how they work, not even familiar with any of them yet (storywise), and the final boss hits so dang hard i need to retry it a few times.
I cleared it all by now, but those experiences are affecting me and made me skip a bunch of the story.
Doesnt help that i didnt like inori, both her character and in game gimmick. (Having HUGE sp cost for her skill and self buff, and basically play by kill stealing from her teammates)
@ well, it was somewhat difficult, that boss did hit really hard, it was a close call for me😅
just bought atk chip 3 but i cant equip them... is there a requirement for this?
I think that’s because you don’t have a booster equipped? you need one before you can have add a chip onto them
