- In this video I give you a quick review of the Quick Hit Golf Practice Net 10’ x 7’ by Quickplay Sport. I put up and take down this portable golf net down and hit my Ping G410 irons and Ping G410 Driver into it. I wanted to see how close to the QUICKPLAY Sport's 90 second claim I could do this without instructions and for the very first time. This does come with instructions by the way ... I just chose not to read them prior to putting it together the first time. This net is a large size giving confidence that I'll not miss the net (hmmm), it feels good quality, it folds down quickly and easily into a handy bag and in my opinion was good value for money.

Yup, mine was also wrapped up, return slip filled out, ready to go, then I thought let's just try putting it up and hey it's ok. I have heard so many people returning them because of this.
HOWEVER, it does cause a fairly serious issue if you hit that bar full on (as above). I have since bought rounded 22mm pipe insulation lagging from a DIY store (only about £1.80 per m)
I've yet to hit the bar again, but I've steered clear of the driver and 3 wood until I'm sure it absorbs it

100% agree with the entire review. I also used to use a net like the first one shown in the video which has inferior quality as parts tended to rip/break etc and had to be permanently left assembled due to it being something awkward to put together and takes much longer to assemble. Got the same one as you do now and the build quality is a clear step up and yes, it can be quickly assembled/disassembled in a couple of minutes. Highly recommended 👍🏼

@@StripeyGreenTV That gives me confidence that the net will last me a good amount of time and will give me value for money. I’d get a year at the most out of the older net, so I’m pleased it seems this new one will last much longer. All the best 👍🏼

Looks like a decent golf net. Still been searching for one. This one seems to be pretty big and not too bad to setup.
It really is. I’ve had it a few weeks now and been putting it up and taking it down every couple of days. Still looks brand new. It is a good size which is great if you’re not a very accurate golfer!

Good tip after finding out the hard way. The base back bars are deliberately bent upwards slightly (2 inches). After many balls hit (maybe 5,000) I grass cuttered a shot, hit the bar direct and it flew behind me just missing my head and straight through the garage door window (If only it'd hit my head that would have stopped it breaking the window, doh). I notice he has his bag over the bars. I would suggest foam wrapped round the bar just to try and stop a possible , 🤕🤕🤕 / fatality
Good tip! I’ve hit the bar a few times but the ball has just spun up behind me so far. Sounds like my luck may run out soon if I don’t take action! 🤓

Sure, it’s still going strong and so is the bag. No repairs needed as yet. I probably hit 50 balls a week on average into it to give you an idea of usage. Mixture of clubs. It’s great value. ⛳️🏌🏼♂️
Is it able to take drives
Hi, thanks for the video. I have just ordered the FORB PRO POP-UP GOLF NET 10ft x 7ft, and it looks very similar to this net. Are they the same? I hope I haven't paid over the odds for the same net 😕
They look very similar but they are made by a different manufacturer, so maybe even better quality? Let me know how you get on. 🤞🏼⛳️🏌🏼♂️

How’s it going right now? I know it’s been 2yrs but I would like to know as I am interested in buying.
Still going strong. I had to make a repair to the net in the middle where most of the balls go but id say that’s normal after this length of time. I repaired it before it actually broke so there were no issues.
Frame still in good condition but the bag is a little tired now! ⛳️🏌🏼♂️
What mat are you using
I now use this one from Clubhouse Golf: tidd.ly/3y6OPzF previously I used some old astroturf but I wore it out and the ball contact wasn't great because it was quite long.
