Social Expenses Will Shrink in Russia, As Military Needs More Funds for War

Spending on the war will rise. No matter the tremendous casualties and shrink in all other budget categories, including social security and healthcare, Russian goal remains the same - wage war no matter what. 2025 will have a record military spending for the federation. What could have been spent to make life of people better - will go to fund Putin's war.
