- Lots of Custard Cream! Once you make it, you'll be addicted to it again and again! Egg tarts are a Portuguese sweet that both children and adults love. It's delicious both baked and chilled. INGREDIENTS:
Tart dough 21cm tart mold
1 egg
Sugar 60g
Coconut oil 70g (can be substituted with butter or rice oil)
Rice flour 130g
custard
3 eggs
Sugar 60g
Milk 400ml
Rice flour 20g
Vanilla bean paste 1 tablespoon
Rum 1 teaspoon

I reallt like this recipe. Need to try rice flour for both the dough abd custard....when doung the blindbaking I always need to put weigh inside...I'll try baking it as you do. Nice video!❤
