It is true ,my father did fasting for 9 months continuously, with one time eating and drinking. He told me that is the cure for all the diseases in the world. Because whatever the disease in our body ,that disease have to get the energy from the food we take.if we control the food we take , the energy in disease will get depleted and the disease dies in our system. My father is spiritual guru in OmShanthi. He knows very well about all these things.

I'm 36 now and have been eating like this since I was 21. At some point I realized for myself that you absolutely do not need breakfast, lunch and dinner. a good and wholesome meal a day is enough for a person and it also works wonders on your health. Besides, it is also possible to build muscle with this eating behavior, which nobody thought possible for decades.

One time meal is sufficient and helps the body . But what everyone left is that ,one should add two more things too while eating once . 1) give the food a positive vibe ,love your food , and do respect your food , with prayer..
    2) enjoy your food while having it by giving more time to eat by chewing it properly.
Let the 60% of digestion start from the mouth itself , by chewing it properly and mixing with saliva . .
This works more than swallowing the food , for one time meal it' should be considered.

    Absolutely.
Fasting is absolutely necessary. The body should not control the mind. The mind should control the body. My mother when she was transitioning was not eating very much. The family became worried. I knew within myself that this was good. Her body was extremely overweight. This happened for at least a year. This loosened her from the physical realm in preparation for the spiritual. When it was time for her to go there was an easier release. She was never afraid. Many a family member and friend had gone before. She was prepared and ready to start anew. The body gave way to control.
