Sure!
You just need to have the right format (3DS for example).
To import it, go to File --> Import --> 3DS
You can also check ReluxNet, you can find some nice objects there as well.

I really enjoyed your tutorial. Right now I’m working on an industrial object that only has a few windows and for some reason Relux is not letting me add those. When I go to the calculation tab the natural light section is also grayed out. Do you know why this is the case and is there a workaround or did I need to add the windows first?

As for your question, I think you were trying to insert the windows in the floor view! You gotta toggle to scene view in order to be able to insert windows, doors, objects ...
