Hello Respected Sir, I am working on a project at our hospital which includes shifting of pole solar lights to pole flood lights because of poor lighting and performance of these solar ligths. Sir, we have the boundary wall around the hospital buildings which lengths 531meter south wall, 440meter northside boudary wall and approximately 220 meter each each and west boudary walls. We have 62 poles already installed for solar lights what i am going to do is to replace solar lights with phillips 100w flood lights to improve serveillance and security of the hospital boundary wall and i do not have any site plans to import into dialux evo 12.1. Please suggest me for having proper working on this project at dialux. Bundle of thanks

Do you have any videos showing how to create a totally custom shape room from scratch without a floor plan on cad? I’ve a large studio space to do but none of the walls run the full length of the area without turning at 90deg one way or another meaning a really strange shaped footprint.

Thank you for your great videos, which are very well explained. Could you please create a video where you add one or more walls to a room? Then, divide the room into multiple parts. And each part of the room will have a different height. Afterwards, demonstrate how to make zones as large as each part and how to perform calculations for each part of the room individually.

Dialux IFC import is mostly broken. Any large IFC import in dialux is hit or miss.

I have problem with applying materials on the floor. When I apply the same material on the door and on the floor, on the door it looks like correctly (some wood), but on the floor it is purple. If I choose floor-material-palette-white color and apply that, the floor becomes blue, not white. Do you maybe know how to solve that?

Hi Said, i find this a brilliant overview. As a highway lighting designer i use Lighting Reality for my calculations. the main thing i find really overwhelming is the different software's out there to do other work. anyway, i have started a new job which is heavily engineering. I noted that Dialux will be the best for this but to ease my curiosity. will i truly need to need the use for other software eg. Relux or Agi32? will Dialux suffice? Which is ultimately easier to use between Dialux & Relux? its mainly factory lighting and not so much architectural. Lighting Reality was a breeze to work with however its only a 2D field for complex lighting calculations. Wishing to know if Dialux is the ultimate package so that i don't need to thoroughly learn other software's. (we are limited to multiple software due to costs unfortunately) wish to hear back from you. thank you,

How can i navigate through tight rooms. When i want to look arround with right mouse mut i somehow need to disable the mousemovement. I only want to move with wasd, if i slightly move my mouse up or down if i hold down right mouse my char start moving :( If i use left mouse and want to look arround he sometimes rotate out of the room.
