As another 20-something year old person working on Software on the East Coast, it's great to see someone else who seems to enjoy their job but also prioritizes good WLB, contributing to their community, and also making sure to keep healthy. A lot of these videos show engineers who have pleasant lives but who seem rather lonely and uninvolved. This is a great model for working hard and enjoying your job but not letting work take over your life. Kudos!

I'm so excited to see something like this in my future. I'm a college freshman in CS with an emphasis on AI/ML and Data Science. I can't wait to hopefully have a nice life like this. so glad i found you. I really want to work at spotify but on the business side because I sadly didn't get a technical degree. It's literally my favorite app ever.
I really enjoyed this. I am a front-end developer and I actually work from home Mon-Wed-Fr and in the office on Tues-Thurs. I live out in the country though, so my commute is by car. Starting with the beginning of the pandemic our company went full-remote with the exception of those who couldn't work from home, and what we first were expecting to be a month or two of remote work turned into over a year. We then started back in the office 1 or 2 days a week from July to December 2021 then went back full remote again until May. We are now permanently hybrid (if we want), with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office, although that is flexible when needed. It works out great for me!
I've never seen anyone pack in an activity virtually for every second of the day! I guess we are all always "doing" something, even if just laying down on the couch and thinking it dreaming. But some of us are definitely more into the stereotypical idea of "productive" activity, such as you I think. Maybe in more right brained and highly sensitivr/ introverted, and need more downtime - which I see as an activity of value. Anyway, great to get a deeper window in on your workday, so it isn't too abstract. It's amazing you get all the task work done with all those meetings!

Interestingly enough, I received a survey earlier today while using Spotify that asked me about how I would feel if Spotify began pushing a merch/cd/vinyl platform on Spotify to help fans further support Artists. Personally, I think it would be a great addition that would directly support the source. It would be a win-win for Spotify and the Artists rather than using a 3rd party system. I wonder if you were a part of that team in any way 🤔 I wish you all the best!

Wow it’s crazy seeing such a difference in our lives. The biggest shock to me is the fact that you have the same schedule more or less. No rotating shifts, and you get to start your day early. I hope I can find something soon that can give me that schedule!
