my favorite parts of this video is all the scenes of the drummer painfully doing blast beats for almost every single song, the pain in that mans arm
Nah he's just built different
what a time to be alive...
You've got to be joking... -_-
Musicwise, it's great. Regarding global politics, I prefer living in my own little world listening to good music ;)
+LimTindemann who said anything about politics?
I just wanted to make clear that I indeed think that this is a good time to be alive musicwise ;)
and politically there's a lot to do so, with good vibes and determination for sure
3:10 and THAT is why i wanted to be a recording engineer.
"lets record a vaccuum..."
"yes! with six Mics across multiple tracks at once!!!"
I love this band.
2:27 EVERYONE: When does this ordeal end??
BASSIST: I can do this for two days straight!
Anybody who thinks barroque music and death metal can exist in the same musical space deserves a place in my heart.
This is beautiful.
It just needs some Balkan and gabberhouse to glue it together;)
@MomoTheBellyDancer Wait...what?
You should totally listen to "The Great Maddening" by Le Grand Guignol. It's not as experimental or crisp as Igorrr's music, but it's my favourite album of all time for a reason.
@@YeahTheDuckweed lololol
@@lunaticdancer4596 i will listen to it today so.
That guitar player is phenomenal.
He´s good, but he´s nothing compared to the vacuum cleaner guy.
0:58
when you come back home after watching Igorrr for the first time
leave it to this man to record a fucking vacuum cleaner with 6 microphones.
Yeah, 6 mics that could pay all of our collective phone bills if sold.
Igorrr once recorded a pile of carrots with 10 microphones.
Everything that comes from IGORR just has so much raw emotion flowing through every note, beat, sound mix,and scream, it brings a tear to my eye to think about
'spaghetti forever' was one take? RESPECT!
For real?
Yup
No shit!!! What an incredible group of music nerds you have amassed for this recording. Brilliant! :)
and without click you should add, which is unknown to 99% of musicians
@@YeahTheDuckweed for what?
0:00 When your hit "Generate Random Character" at the beginning of a game
LMAO
This made me laugh so hard. XD
i keep reading this and it makes me laugh like the first time... so good lol
🤣🤣🤣
No
1:36 - "Shit, this is really difficult"
1:44 - "Whatever"
@MomoTheBellyDancer make a video please!!
08:10 - That is an example of a good classical guitar player. One Take...
bach is very nice indeed
I am so impressed by this band, and at the same time so repulsed. Listening to this was like watching with morbid facination at the remains of a train wreck. I love it and I hate it, but mostly I cant stop listening. Genius or madness or both? Whatever it is, keep doing it. I apparently needed to feel whatever it it this makes me feel, and also wtf.
These musicians never cease to amaze me. Gautier and his crew are unbelievable. Every note they play is pure gold.
It's when the bass and the Haspischord comes @1:44 in the vid that you understand the genius of Igorrr
I experienced a lot of weird things in my life but I my mind still can't understand at all your creativity in music. Good job love you guys.
That "Ca y est. C'est fini" is breaking my heart...
How I wish they toured with every instrument you see in this video :) Not only Gautier and two singers :O
Especially the vacuum cleaner
yeah for real. it gets just as much attention, in the comments, as some of the actual musicians.
they do take their drummer on tour now
yesssss concert.arte.tv/de/igorrr-beim-festival-metal-operart
I would expect Gautier to play some guitar
This making of is simply amazing (part 1, 2 and 3). Gautier Serre you are a genius, all the other musicians fits perfectly with your vision and they are great, some of the best musicians in the world! The simplicity with which Nils Cheville play so difficult things at the classical guitar made me speechless. Thank you for existing.
That bassist just calmly rips that riff like a boss. Eat that Glen Fricker!
He's a end boss on the bass, I get cramped up hands from just listening to that bass line.
LMFAO
Fricker is frickin windbag.
4 MORE DAYS BABY, AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Grotesque 4 more days for what? just received my preorder! shirt, cd, LP limited to 200
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Are those lyrics?
WTF
T-shirt? Where? I want one but can't get one it seems :/
4 DAYS AGO HUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Drummer is... *AHHHHH* so gooooood man. And he CHANNELS the rage! Did you SEEE his face I'm so PUMPED
Why...do i have a soft spot for stuff like this??
Keep on rocking!
Holy shit, dat bass tone
Erlend's work is awesome.
Jesus christ. It's massive.
Backed up with the harpsichord it sounds god like it on it's own is god like in and of itself
I'm really glad to see the collaboration with Pryapisme going on.
I live for the small sounds of ones fingers scraping along the strings of a guitar as they reposition their fingers. You know someone really played that.
Still absolutely LOVE this album. Igorrr, you're a HUGE inspiration for me musically. I didn't hear about you until someone was like "your stuff kinda sounds like Igorrr", and then my mind was blown.
that's one of the most beautiful guitar parts that I've ever heard, I follow classical, jazz, everything
, that was insane
lol the vacuum cleaner again
dev null #absolutepsalm 2.0
In my opinion, by far your very best album. And this documentary was SO good. Thank you
Well Igorrr... seems that you like a long foreplay.. you are spoiling us too long :D cant wait for friday!!!!!! \m/
Watched the 'Spaghetti Forever' opening piece at the end of the video with my 18mth old son, when Nils finished, he applauded.
Really glad to see Erlend as a part of the new album
Me too!
What are you doing, Gautier?
*NNNUUUEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH*
Sums up my Monday mornings.
How is it so much fun to just watch these guys in the process of creation
I LOVE THEM
Brilliant. Igorrr makes some of the best music I've ever heard.
she is such a sunnygirl 2:40 cute af
I fell asleep listening to Nils playing guitar at the end, in Part 3 of the Making of Savage Sinusoid. So damn soothing, unique, and awesome. Love the music. Thank you Igorrr!
6:50 LOL Patrick est en rythme !!
Thank you so much for this beauty and joy and fun! Love ya!
PATRICK
Thank you so much for all your work, it's amazing
Was not really a fan but Igorrr grew on me. Stoked for this upcoming album as well. Inspiring to say the least.
The folklore music that starts at 7:25 is traditional Bulgarian folk music and this is for a dance called "kopanitza". Fuck me if I know how did Igorrr end up listening to it, though :D
Do you know the name of this song? it totally hunts me now :D
This drummer is a fucking beast, Gautiers Hen is freaking lit and I'm happy I can blast this every day right now!
Your are gods, thank you!
can't wait any longer to hear this album
No border music, Igorrr, I love you so much!!!
We are only waiting for you IGORRR!!
Major inspiration! I'm miles far from the musical knowledge, but Igorrr, Corpo-Mente and Öxxö Xööx are huge inspirations for the kind of music I wanna do.
I discovered gold, no, not gold, this is a MOTHERFUCKING DIAMOND MINE, no A SHIT TON OF MOTHERFUCKING ANTIMATTER
...or whatever, it just *great!*
C'était trop génial merci les gars!
Love the guitar part at the end such beauty
Bonne continuation
such an awesome piece at the end.
My vacuum cleaning will never be the same again.
God...Thank you for your music! Would you know how much I love it. I think I never heard so much passion, so much honesty in a music piece. Well, sure, we have the classics (ta-da...). But your stuff .... It is next level. Thank you!
p.s. It was never as fun to get drunk as it is with your music... :D
guitar at the end is just stunning...
Erlend Caspersen though, too good.
on the next album i want Igorrr to collaborate with Death Grips.
Holy shit yes
death gRRRips
Igorrrr and Lightning Bolt
I want him to collab with Alon mor
That would be amazing
J'adore.... Je vous remercie pour le partage.
Amazing guitar solo at the end!
“What are you doing, Gauither?”
EEEYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUAUAUAUAUUAUAAUUAUAUAUAUUAUAUAUAUAUAUAUAUAUAUUAUAAAAAAHAHHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Vous êtes puissant les gars! Génial Good job!
what a great insight! Only thing I was missing was the breakbeat electronix stuff
harpsichord player : this is very difficult. Bass player: :|
(not a diss to the keys player, she's awesome)
Ive had those moments when recording. You feel bad for your band mates but man does it feel good to not be stressed out about doing a million takes on the same part.
very impressive and innovative.respect.
katerina chrobokova
Pleeaaseee...I need to know :the "one shot"...thats a classical peace I love...and I need the notes...just for practising ...and moments of bliss...
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 I could watch/listen to this all day!
Only a little bit longer!
Great band...saludos desde Costa Rica.
amazing
People: what's your favorite genre?
Me: IGORRR!!
that fucking bass tone at 7:05 just hits so hard
The use of modular synth, like they do, is picked right out of my brain. I really wish I could do this 😬
Hah he's not messing around with micing up that hoover! So much work goes into their music...
6:46 breathe. He built something awesome with new equally amazing ppl
exelente buenos músicos la neta
Thank you for BWV 997
México tour with brujería
What's the song played by the guitarist at the end ?
BWV 997?
Jessica Hide 8:11 is bwv 997 ?
Ok, I searched, and it's an igorrr track ! :D Spaghetti Forever, on Savage Sinusoid ! I love it already !
is it an original piece though? Or is it some classical piece he played for the song?
DeliciousDishes I think it's an original, even if it's look classical
@1:03 me, when there is no beer in the fridge :D
Incroyable
