I respect how HTC is putting boomsound speakers on all their phones. I love my S4, but HTC is definitely doing the right thing by putting the speakers on the front.

"The battery should be enough to last a few hours." Really, is that all the detail you can provide on a CNET review? I'm guessing any phone battery lasts a few hours. HTC boasts this battery lasts 16 hours of talk. I've seen heavy users post they get 9-10 hours. Very superficial review from someone who apparently hasn't done much research or even used the phone.

It's a VGA camera, so yes but it isn't that great.

This phone is great but the best midrange phone is the Xperia SP. Further, the Xperia SP won the price of the best xperia phone of 2013.

The specs are lower on the one mini. It uses a snapdragon 400 with a much weaker adreno 305 gpu.
It's sad that in the small phone market, the iphone has the best performance.
