Best friends have more freedom on your island. Helps cut down on island trolls, as regular friends can’t cut down trees and such!
I’ve never played any of the Animal Crossing games but I am so excited for New Horizons. Yes, you can eventually change your phone case, even with a custom design! Unfortunately you can't use the touch screen to draw it, which... doesn't make sense.

Okay I'm a little surprised the Resetti teleport costs bells. I thought it was just a way of getting your character unstuck. But now it seems more like a waypoint/teleport system.

I think it would be cool to make golden tools with gold ores.. Because gold ore is rare so it takes long to make all of the tools

Nook is this world's Elon Musk. The only way the phones would have signal on all these random islands is if something similar to the Starlink satellite constellation being put up right now was a thing already in Animal Crossing world.

Ironically, unions only look after union interests, not necessarily union member interests. They've become a malignant cancer on society now that their usefulness is long over.

You can customize your phone case! In the Direct video when showing NookMile rewards there were options to buy phone cases. :D

Good news about NookPhone cases! They are in the game, you can use customization kits to change your phone’s case color (monotone) or use a custom design to make a custom case!

Hi! so about that phone cases thing, i just watched game explains review on it (i guess he got the game early.) And it showed that he had a white, rainbow striped phone case! so yes, it seems, that you can change the phone cases!
1:54 was from the treehouse gameplay (which was forever ago) they probaby were still developing the other apps at the time, hence them not being there.

Things other then balloon furniture do drop from balloons now! I was watching a video where someone toured their island from early access during which they opened a present which they shot with a slingshot like in other games and they received something that was not balloon!

there are different phone cases you can buy for the nookphone! i saw either like a video explaining features on new horizons or a 10 minute gameplay that showed it, but it's there. you buy it with nook miles & stuff :)

Phone cases were confirmed in a review posted today. The person playing showed off the designs and different colors. Pretty much everything in this game is customizable.

In my personal opinion I don't like the party play option but then again I own a Nintendo switch lite and so does my mum so well just do local play but if family's like the party play then fair enough but I'd get stressed out if someone wasn't moving or they went somewhere else haha
