Fallout 76 - The fastest nuke silo skip that I know

- Get out there and launch some nukes.
Forgot to mention in the video, don't just jump, but spam jump. It will get you through the ceiling more consistently.
Also for anyone that's read this far I'll eventually be releasing a series exploring some interesting finds on a few out of bounds areas. If that sounds interesting, subscribe. If not who cares dude it's your click, use it how you want.
This worked great. I launched my first nuke at lvl 490ish. I watched vids of it being done the normal way and it looked like one of the least fun things imaginable, so I never did it.
But sometimes this method just doesnt work after trying for an hour. Seriously, like everyone says FO76 has so much potential but it is seriously one of the most frustrating things Ive ever had to do is play this damn game.
Wow that's crazy, I launched my first nuke at like kevel 60 or so lol
A quick strategy is do the whole keycard laser grid, then run into storage, and on the door that leads into the storage room that is locked, look at the top left corner wile on the left side, and while walking, enter photomode and then quickly exit and while sitll walking you should be in
first time i tried the damn silo doors wouldn’t open so i ran around till i got booted out and never played again😢

I’d say this is just as fast as the mine glitch you just have to know how to do it properly so you don’t mess up each time

faster one, the shelf in the main room, throw a landmine ontop of it, then mele it an it pops you out here as well then u just jump into the main room.
If you can get the setup consistently, probably. I just prefer this method because it doesn't require anything. Whatever works for you, long as the nukes keep droppin.

Bethesda has had a REALLY hard time patching any photomode related stuff. I predict this will keep working for a very long time. It's more likely they update the geometry of the map than actually fix photomode clips at this point.
@@-Bat Yea I'm just returning to the game after a couple years and I see they just either didn't bother or couldn't. I just hope they don't patch it, going through silos the legit way is easy but so damn boring and I'm sure they know that...I personally wouldn't be mad if they patched it if they added more ways to speed it up

No idea what I'm doing wrong but cannot get this to work. Made sure my cross hairs are in the same direction. Maybe because I'm on PC? I spent more time trying to do this than it would have taken me to just run the silo hahahaha I was trying the mine method as well and only managed to get that to work once. Think I'll just stick with PA and electric absorption lol
I haven't tested it since the patch, but I'm going to guess it still works. I did it on PC in the video, so pc/console doesn't matter here. It's probably just the volatile nature of bugs in general. I'll test it out later and see.
@@LunaphaseLasersOfficial I was thinking after I posted - I'm using Marsupial. So maybe that is affecting the glitch somehow. Who knows! lol Appreciate your info though :D
@@MossNada I just tested it. It still works. Marsupial is good for this by the way, I'd almost say it's required. You could toy with the methodology a bit and see if you can find something that works for you. Once you figure it out you'll probably get it first try every time.

Right on, dude. Haven't tested it on console so this is good to hear. I figured it would work no problem, there's no reason it shouldn't. It's good to have confirmation though.
@@-Bat it was so fast I missed my own event cause the queen started right before I launched
run into the room pre launch control room that youd typically pass through on your way to launch legit, the trigger is in that room
@@Agoristball Yep. If you even get to near the doorway to where you'd normally enter from it hits the trigger volume for the room. You'll know you've hit it if the lights come on in the control room. That usually fixes the problem. I just tend to run it in the dark without the progress bar, as the only thing that can screw up the progress is if enemies push the bots out of their lil spots.

To make the mine work throw it on top then vats it and move as close to the wall as possible. Then punch jump with about 0.5 second delay. You'll know the delay is too short if you don't make it. Too long and you're way out and falling
Can anyone confirm this works after today's patch? I was doing it all weekend and now I can't seem to get it to work and wanna make sure it's not just me.
Just patched and tested, got it first try. We're still cookin.

Does this require a jetpack?
No you can just jump w marsupial and the tops of walls are solid. You can just jump to the first perpendicular hallway up its right beside the launch room
or just use the mod from nexus mods that removes the doors and not have to do none of that bs of getting outside the map

@@p0r0sen0k Not sure they can patch it, they've tried to fix photomode related stuff multiple times over the last 4 years with no progress. That said, if they do patch it I'll find another way, no worries lol. Go drop some queens!
