OK, so I tried with the fresh spinach. It cooked in just a few seconds and was a bit better tasting too! Highly recommended. Oh, and I ised regular cream because nobody around me carries soy cream.

Frozen spinach is very convenient, but fresh spinach tastes a lot better for sure 😊 I get my soy cream from Lidl 🤣 (who would have guessed)

you gave me a great idea, thank you ... I did this but with onions, broccoli, zucchini, gluten free rice noodles, cheese and coconut milk ...came out great 👍 was creamy and delicious. Next time I will add spinach as well.
