I mean, Tory’s mom was showing fists when she died and maybe she was trying to protect herself from Kreese, or maybe Kreese did that to resemble “The way of the fist” Kreese was asking Tory to join his dojo, but Tory refused, so maybe Kreese did this to make Tory join his dojo. But I don’t really think this is true since how would Kreese know that Daniel would be an annoying character and force Tory not to fight, resulting in her leaving the dojo.

I saw a leaked photo on set whith one of the crew alongside Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) so yes, he's in Season 6.

Nah. He's in jail & washed up since his defeat to Daniel LaRusso back in his mansion.
At worst He'll at least show up to give closure to his character. And at best he'll come back and have a final role
