VERY VERY BLUEBERRY BREAD PUDDING

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
8 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups of blueberry
1 lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Stella Rose blueberry wine
9 cups assorted stale bread
1/4 teaspoon salt

Was making Bread Pudding once a month using two or three loaves of Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Raisin bread and Saigon Cinnamon from Walmart. Also grating the nutmeg nut. The nut never goes bad, never loses flavor. Must try your recipe, of course ‼️

Beautiful! I heard from Cowboy Kent Rollins years ago that hamburger buns make the best bread pudding because they're lightly sweet and have large air pockets. I tried it and it was delightful, but I KNOW I have to try it the Chef Charles way now!
