I'm curious too. I've seen registration plates and/or company logos and sometimes parts of the MCDU blurred, but never PFD/NDs before. What's that all about?

If you have the capability to be fully dedicated to learn and get a job as a pilot, face rough conditions where you have to think within seconds and fly airliners with no casualties then you should go for flight schooling If your main motto is to earn enough to be financial independent then go for college Don't do it together it requires peak level of dedication and patience
can you bring your own food to eat in the plane, or are you forced to only eat the airplane food? I want to be a pilot, but want to only eat my own food.
Company policy. Even though I don't really understand that. Compare that to Eurowings who allow to show everything (for example on Stefan Buntenbach's channel)

If we have a low cloud base i just keep them on, switching them would be to time intensive during the final stage of a landing! ✌️

Both the paths are difficult degree doesn't always means guaranteed job and same for flight schooling
