tbh watching your vids is one of the most arguments for me to become a pilot too. You two are making such high quality vids, explaining many aviation related things in such a sympathetic way. Everytime I watch your videos I'm like "I wanna sit in that cockpit too rn". Thanks for these uploads!
Thank you so much mate! It’s such an awesome feeling reading comments like yours. It really means a lot! And never give up one day you will be sitting in one of those chairs 💪🙌
I'm an Italian guy who just started ATPL, man, watching your videos makes me want to fly and start being a pilot as soon as possible. Thank you for the wonderful content you bring and for what you share
Not just interesting topics and videos. Also Great music, beautiful shots and good cutting skills. That's what I would call a perfect combination. Thanks for the great insights.
These explain videos combined with the clogging really are unique to your channel I absolutely love them also all the little inside jokes and the camera placements really show off the work you put in
Recent subscriber. Excellent work. Friend who flew domestic US only until recently, got a real eye opening education after graduating from Airbus to 777s across the Pacific.
Thank you for the videos, I can’t wait to become a pilot in the future 🙌 I was wondering if you could show your perspective with all the strikes happening in Frankfurt and within the Lufthansa-Group? Und nochmal Danke für die Videos ✌️
Hi sir! Thanks a lot for making such kind of awesome videos! They are really energetic, motivational and also educational at the same time! I would love to watch more of these! Happy flying Captain!
I was hooked to every minute of your video as 1) you explain fascinating aviation stuff such as ETOPS and 2) every time I see you fly now, you remind me of Hangman in the Top Gun Maverick movie, especially when you put on the sunglasses. So so cool! Lol
Thanks for the video! Always look forward to watching! Just wanted to ask how do yall manage rest/breaks on a 10 hour flight like this with only 2 pilots onboard?
Lovely video as always! There's a bit more to the ETOPs from the engineering side. Although a model such as an A350 can be certified for 3XX hours, the individual aircraft have to also meeting certain requirements such as stricter MEL, dispatch reliability, shorter maintenance intervals etc. From the pilot's perspectives, what are those requirements that you guys check during preflight and inflight?
Enjoyed watching, thanks so much. I only would have been interested in the procedures involved with some engine failure or stuff like this, regarding the etops, i.e. what does it mean technically?
Hi Pascal, kannst du mal ein Video über Engineout Sids machen? Tolles Video wie immer, es ist macht meinen Tag immer besser wenn du ein Video hochlädst
Great video as always! Why on the arrival in tampa the callout said ‘plus hundred’ and on the arrival in Frankfurt it said ‘hundred above’? is there a difference or does it just depend on the aircraft?
That’s what I call attention to detail! The reason behind that is pretty simple, as you already wrote, it’s because of the two different airplane configurations. Have a good one 🙌✌️
Ich wollte mich einfach nur mal bedanken für deine mega tollen Videos. Ich freue mich jedes Mal wenn du ein neues Video machst. Bitte bleib so wie du bist und mach weiter so tolle Videos! Ganz liebe Grüße
I'm looking to start flight training soon and debating whether to invest in a set of Bose A20/30s from the start. Could I ask why you use the basic headset in the video, instead of higher-end ones like the Bose's?
Would you like to fly another plane like idk 787 a350 or 777 which one. Also can you make a vid talking about what you need to switch plane and if you pick what plane you change to
i'm a new subscriber from India.. liked your videos and enjoying it.. appreciate your efforts.. one small REQUEST, can you do a video on showing monthly roaster of an pilot along with chart..flying days, rest days, layovers, standby duties....please ..🤞
Hello Pascal, I hope you’re well. I have really been appreciating your RUclips videos lately the editing has been PENG. Like in the “A PILOT’S ENEMY” video. I have a particular situation and would appreciate if your could give me some advice/tips. I am an American 19 year old level in Germany. I am currently in my second semester of an Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree at Hochschule Karlsruhe. I tried joining the European flight academy but couldn’t due not being Eu citizen or having a permanent residency card despite my mum being german. Now I was thinking of trying to go directly into a US flight school with good airline partners which could facilitate joining the airline cadetship or later as a first officer. Would you advise going into that now or completing my degree(2028) first? I also currently work as an SAP software developer intern and live at my mum’s house in Germany. So I am in quite stable situation. Your response would be greatly appreciated!

Before take off and after landing when you are “driving” the plane, is it similar to driving a car or does it feel very different?

Surprised you guys have changed the new international standard of EDTO instead of ETOPS
EASA uses ETOPS, that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone
Well done i wanna follow in your footsteps when im older you earned a sub, great content
Could you explain at 4:00 how you were able to fly so close to another plane?
That’s a minimum separation crossing, we had 1000 feet between us ✌️

Isn‘t it that you have to carry a defibrillator on board when there is a specific ETOPS rating?
Are your flights mostly international or do you fly within Europe as well?
