    धन्यवाद आपका सर जी इस 5000 मीटर warkout का बहुत दिनों से इंतिजार था।
    इस तरह के warkout plaan kisi bhi youtube चैनल पर देखने को नहीं मिला था जो आप ने उपलब्ध करा दिया एक बार फिर से धन्यवाद्
    अब कई चैनल वाले इस warkout का कापी करेंगे सर

    Sir, mera ek quesiton hai. Agar me treamill me 16:40 ki 5k laga rha hoon,, toh kya me track me iske aas pass laga skta hoon? ek aur question sir, treamill me training, track se kitna different hai. Track mere institute se 2 ghate ki duri me hai aur me PhD kr rha hoon. Mera speed workout mostly treamill me krta hai, for example: Intervals 5x1000 me 3 min/km ke pace se laga lete hoon, 1:30' ki recovery ke saath. Me pooch rha tha, speed work treadmill me lagan, track me lagane se kitna alag hai? 🙏🙏🙏🙏
