Actually they do and as for the limiting trucks to 3 axles that would increase the number of truck (that you hate)on the road, can't have it both ways and still get the stuff that you have to have right now.

@@amybear2941especially a small bridge like that. One mistake on anyone's part can cause something like that. That bridge has had many deadly accidents
The firefighter who volunteered to rescue the driver is a true hero. ( if he didn't succeed, the blame on him would be pernicious and overwhelming.)
