Only thing I'd recommend is a few more seconds of dB measurements during idlling and maybe a cold start measurement also.

What? How did I miss this video? Love this exhaust, I think this sounds great but crazy enough without being too crazy like almost every other one made for this car.
I like this one. The deep throaty tone helps bring out that subie rumble. Not a fan of the raspiness of the AWE. This sounds a bit more refined/mature. Borla quality is top tier as well. Would be great if you can do a review on the aFe Takeda from the first gen. P.S. I also have an identical twin brother.

The audacity of this dogwater company is hilarious. For those that don't know, Kevin Vo was fired from FT Speed on 12/13/2022 in a disgusting way. Buy your parts from somewhere else than FTSpeed or Subispeed folks; support somewhere that supports its employees and treats them with respect.
An 8-year, passionate, face-of-your company employee deserves the respect and courtesy of at least a conversation being had about any conflicts of interest or things that would necessitate termination of employment if continued.
To outright fire him out of the blue without giving him a heads up or notice that something he is doing/saying will not fly and deny him the ability to make an informed decision on what his options are going forward reflects poorly upon FTSpeed/Subispeed.
In a game where you just play the middleman, I will gladly take my business elsewhere to some other middleman that isn't FTSpeed/SubiSpeed; there are a plethora of other options out there that can access more or less the same catalogue of items.
FTSpeed/Subiespeed did Kevin Vo dirty, when Kevin Vo was a SIGNIFICANT part of why the company is as successful as it is today - hopefully yall's marketshare takes a deserving hit and Kevin lands somewhere that will treat him better and be worthy of the good-business his passion and efforts bring forth.
I have been running this exhaust on my 22BRZ for about 5 months. It is amazing. The tone is perfect and there is ZERO drone, which cannot be said about 99% of exhausts for this car. I also added a catless front pipe that added just a bit more volume. Its soooo good. The price shown is a bit insane though. I got mine for under $800 with free shipping.

I like the sound and the fact it has no drone, however I do not like those tips. I just want a double wall tip burnt or black, is that an option for this system or is there a way to combine the muffler with different tips? Thank you for the video, I just picked up my GR86 on Saturday. First mods will be tint and clear bra for paint protection, but exhaust is next.

Just installed mine last night. Like the tone and not too loud. Got this because I know it will get louder but not obnoxiously after I install a header and high flow catted front. On my FR-S I got MXP Comp RS and it was really nice but go too loud and bit tinny after a header and high flow from pipe so I ended up going with a magnaflow and it was better less dB.
I had the borla catback, berk catted front pipe, and revworks header on my 1st gen and loved it.

I love those exhausts tests. It really helps us alot choosing the right one. But on this one specifically, there seems to have a odd sound revving it at 2500 and 5000 like something loose or like a metal plate vibrating sound. Does it come from the exhaust itself or it is something else ?

AWE Touring is more rowdy and aggressive. Borla S is toned down a bit.
