i absolutely love my awe it was just the best sounding exhaust when i was shopping for one, just how open and aggressive it makes the car sound is what did it for me

I have the Corsa with the black tips. It seems like the AWE in that it has no drone and is chill when you're cruising, but it really kicks in once you start to mash the pedal. Got it used on offerup for $500 with supposedly like 2k miles so I'm happy with it.
I agree that the AWE touring exhaust is among the best currently on the market. Really looking forward to see you testing the new MAPerformance exhaust. It sounds really good in their demo videos.
Have the MaPerformance exhaust on my 2019 Civic Si. By far the best sounding exhaust for the car and I constantly get compliments on the sound
If your not doing a header or front pipe then yes....if you are adding a header or front pipe then it will be too loud.

I have a Borla S type cat back on my 2022 GR 86. I chose it because it’s a very sweet mellow and deep sound and not obnoxious even at full throttle and great while cruising in sixth gear meaning no drone yet a very sporty mellow sound when accelerating.
This made me think about the Remark R1 for my BRZ. It gets autocrossed and the occasional errand and losing a bit of weight, though not game-changing, is always welcome for Solo II.

Borla just released their 2022/2023 GR86/BRZ exhaust. You should compare the older version with this one. :)

Just got a new 23 GR86 and been looking for just the right exhaust for it and I believe that awe exhaust might be the one but it says it only for 2022 wondering if it would still fit the 23 I think so right ??

I like that titanium remark, I just wish it was a dual exit. I am wondering what the wheels on the Supra in the background would look like on the 86

Ey kev i still got the tomei catless uel from my gt86 - reckon itl fit on the gr86?
Our FT-86 UEL header fits 1st and 2nd gen just fine so I imagine it should. No better way to find out than to test if you've got it!

The AWE is an amazing exhaust! However, your neighbors will hate you when you cold start it.....You can literally hear it blocks away...
Might need to fit pool noodle "silencer" every cold start

Is there another zero drone exhaust that’s not as loud as the AWE touring?
The new Borla exhaust claims 0 drone at any speed & rpm. Should be released in a couple short months. Idk if it’s any quieter than AWE tho.
Or try the JDL axleback or catback too.
Would be great to get a decibel measurement for each as well.
In their exhaust bible videos they show decibel readings for all their exhausts they sell.

The super loud exhausts like the N1 scream to me "I bought this with the allowance money my mommy gave me". I really like my Remark|FT86 exhaust and the FT86 UELs.

Yes, it's a direct for the 1st gen as well

The AWE is the best sounding but it’s too damn loud.
They all sound like Hondas .....the CRV mostly
