I am trying to improve on painting landscape, and I am pretty content with how this one turned out. Fighting.

I created the leaf texture brush from the “leaf” brush which can be found from the cloud brush.
-1st: create a transparent canvas
-2nd: do a few stroke of the leaf brush onto the canvas
-3rd: protect alpha and color the leaf as you chose
-4th: on the “add brush (bitmap)” click “from canvas”
-5th: then switch it to “scatter”
tadaa, you just made yourself a leaf texture brush. For the grass brush, I’ll upload a tutorial soon.

Hey. this may be irrelevant to you but today i decided to start drawing backgrounds. and when i got to trees, i started to rip my own hair out in despair. I paced around my room, played with my dog and decided to watch some tutorials. yours stood out the most. just how beautiful and awe-striking this piece was really made me glue my frantic self together, take deep breathes and pick up my tablet pen again. you really made me realise that with hard work, we can create wonders like what you have here, so i'd better not stay frustrated for long. thank you for picking me up today : ) , this story telling image is simply a masterpiece

1st The music is just right. the reverb effects of the music fills the space of emotion and in the artwork. The music reminds me of being alone in that place. So calm and mysterious.
2nd The Artwork is well done.

Wooww I'm mesmerized by this gorgeous and godly master piece arts.... but....the ending made me so sad......like she was a fairy in forest. And always played with a little boy. But the boy had to move to another city. Then like 5 years later the boy came back and see if she is still there but nothing...only deer

jyundee I mean it from the bottom of my heart!! Coming from using Medibang on mobile, I have the hardest time trying to draw on PC. When I see your videos though, I grow a bit more confident. Just enough to pick up my tablet again and put down my stylus.

You're the artist that represents the skill, knowledge and techniques of an artist doesn't depend on what program they use or how much money one pays for program tools!!! My eyes are like wide-open. Surgeon Art don’t feel discourage. It’s not about the program but how well you know basic lighting, perspective..etc...the tools only helps you create them. Every artist struggles, but every struggle is an improvement. Good luck

.from what I have interpreted in the drawing.. the girl was an enchantress and turned into a doe right before her lad arrives..the doe was with the stag then and its too late for the guy to chase her out..

I was drawing dragons because I didn't know-how. Realized I didn't know how to draw backgrounds either. So I came looking for people to draw them and for some reason, this is the only one I watched all the way through and even played more than once. I learned lighting and how to draw a tree just now. So thank you I guess XD

omggg I've been trying to find artists who use Medibang (who are also good at drawing if I must add haha)...I prefer to use this over PS but not a lot of people are using Medibang so discovering your videos today makes me really happy :DD I love your art and videos >3

This turned out amazingly beautiful. When you started painting the man in the foreground I thought "Nooo, that just doesn't fit into the whole picture", but then you made two different paintings out of it and with that little backstory just - wow.
Annika.gf lol yeah, some people were disappointed when I added the man. I meant to do 2 versions x)
I guess since we didn't know that at the start many people got kind of irritated :D But it would have been completely fine to draw it as one version too, 'cause as is generally known there are different people with different art preferences so there is no real right or wrong, one of the things I like most in terms of art.

i been looking to switch up the program i use to draw but im curious does medibang have alot of support for custom brushes? i saw you use some on there and not sure. Im also curious if it has filter like "sharpen"

TheDestroyer73 Medibang does have support for custom brushes, when i used to use medibang basically all my brushes were customs. You can make customs with the brush settings or completely your own brushes. You can draw a square on a canvas and then insert it as a brush thats square shaped. Not sure if theres a sharpen filter, i dont think there is.

Make a tutorial on how you draw landscapes and select colours for it please~ I have watched many of them but they don't help at all, on top of that your tutorials are really descriptive and it helped me a lot. Love you and your artwork.
