@@BossToastMaker Using a stand to hold it vertical for eye level typing and/or positioning with a second monitor. In particular, what I like to do is use a typical double slot stand to make a stacked 2x 16" monitor setup this way--something like the Flow X16 or LG Gram 16 2-in-1 on top and a USB-C mobile monitor on bottom. Very useful for working on the go, more comfortable than just using the built-in keyboard and an external monitor off to the side. Of course then you need an external keyboard... I use the ThinkPad Trackpoint II when I'm traveling, small and the classic red pointer is easy to use in your lap.
As a product designer I'd prefer thin bottom bezzle. Looks better. And I also would prefer body edges with the same thickness around the laptop. Offers more space for battery. The screen wobbles a little bit too much and is too glossy.
Loved the review, certainly got me thinking when I upgrade to my next purchase, I have the S8 Ultra with the keyboard and a monitor too, which is great. Definitely thinking about this next year or if they bring out the next model to this, like the Hybrid compatibility of it as a Laptop or Tablet for my use. The last Samsung Book I purchased 2 years ago the speaker was horribly low and the functionality was bad. The curser does not work at times and after a while the laptop cannot be used without having it plugged in. @samsung I was surprised at the quality of the laptop which cost me in over £1500. The support I received from I purchased the laptop was poor and I just gave up in the end.
Probably just a bad one. It's best to test all the limitations asap so you can return it. Otherwise, I try to fix it myself. I just assume the solution exists and search "how to fix (my problem)"
I have the pro 360 (delivered 8th Feb'23) and the touchpad works perfectly fine, never had a single issue like the ones you shown (and I'm using stock windows settings), I'd check with samsung cause it almost feels like it's faulty (or you need to update drivers). Disagree re keyboard, I can't get up to speed with it at all and making quite a lot of type-o's, it's a massive downgrade from surface book I had before, but apart from that it's a brilliant laptop
Please please please tell me more about the sound of the fans, that's m'y 1st criteria... Like just brothing internet wi some tabs or even some sessions of tabs, and maybe music in the backgroud. Do you see the laptop randomly actuvate the fans sometimes ? Or NEVER and totally quite (a part for a huge task of course). Some nice laptop they stay quiet always unless you launch a game or something, but most of laptops unfortunately enven if you do nothing just being on the desktop the fans become crazy with no sense. @@ridmadissanayake5201 M2 is an integrated graphics card (SOC). So no, it's not good for 3D development, 3D rendering, game development, and gaming. Anything CPU intensive, the M2 will excel. But for any GPU-intensive tasks, the M2 is no better than Intel Integrated SOCs.

I think samsung release different version in different country, us web says it is hdmi 2.0 in galaxy book3 pro and ultra, but on Korea and Hong Kong web, however, it says hdmi 1.4 on pro and hdmi 2.0 on ultra
There are different versions, my 360 (960QFG) has HDMI 2.0 and the Iris XE graphics has 96 execution units, there is another model with HDMI 1.4 and 80 execution units (and probably other differences I am unaware of).

Probably not good enough for anything professional because of the integrated graphics, it might be alright for casual use though, the rest of the specs are quite good.

It's not a problem with careful handling. From what I've seen, the cracks are mostly from people gripping it tightly at the hinge near the centre of the laptop causing the casing to flex inwards and crack the screen. I've had mine a while and have no issues picking it up gently there to put it in/take it out of its cover, but it's safer to grab it near the corners if you are a bit on the clumsy side.
Samsung is really running out or ideas across their range. Repackaging yesterday just shows they have nothing to offer with the same od tired windows 11 setup.. Looks like e waste, does it have PWM or linux ?
@@ptbauro I don't think that x86 architecture can achieve the Macbook battery life that uses ARM. You exchange battery life for other things. Intel core i7 1360p easily competes with the M2 processor.
@@ptbauro Most intel laptops will only give you around 7~10 hours depending on what you do. Macbooks have always had high battery life cause of ARM however, macbooks are insanely over priced when you start talking about other specifications.
Samsung devices are very expensive. the laptop with num pad is not good some of the keys like end, home,+ and - are missing. Storage option not beating the mobile phones. Today's laptop need at least 1 TB.

The bad trackpad sensitivity might be due to a windows setting in the trackpad section that has the sensitivity as low

The touchpad problem is from Windows not from the device, it happens in an especific version of Windows 11

The 360 has a 360 degree hinge so you can use it like a tablet. You can play games on it, just nothing too intensive as it only has Iris XE graphics.

OLED burn in is an over exaggerated issue for the most part and once you've seen the screen, you won't want the QLED anyway.
