    ARE YOU READY?
Now it's your turn! Go to your wardrobe now and play with these simple ways to refashion clothes.
    Check for and think:
    1. What you no longer enjoy wearing 'as is'.
    2. Can you find a matching second that screams 'made for each other'.
    3. How you like to exactly mix those two.
And don't skip anything, ok? Check tops, bottoms and everything in between. I promise, the chances you find two old to combine into a one-of-a-kind new that feels you are pretty big.
    Happy upcycling

Do you have clothing projects where you've sewn two items (the whole lot or parts) to make an entirely new garment - like top and skirt, for example?

Amazingly creative… You’re definitely creative and think outside of the box.

So kind of you @eaflores1498, thank you. You know what's the best part? Everyone can be creative - they just need to start small and keep on going. The hardest is to go through the failed projects that EVERYONE would have at the beginning. Then everything comes in place and becomes easier and easier over time ;) Try and you'll see. Have fun :)

This was very helpful and inspiring. I love the little embellishments. They go a long way to make the pieces unique.

      Absolutely, B Feldbush!
Many people think embellishments are not for them (especially when they have more modern, and clean/minimalist style), but in reality the right type of add-ons and decorations can finish off AND lift up the entire look tremendously. You've got a good eye! Keep it up 😉👍
      Thanks for your comment!
      Happy creating 🦋

I broke my one sewing machine making face masks during covid. I hate sewing machine 's I prefer hand sewing. With a machine I can't relax as something always goes wrong. So just simple hand sewing for me now. I wish I could make something so challenging but nope not me.

      Thanks, Bekka 🥰
I don't sell the pants pattern. Could be as any normal pattern for pants but instead using fabric from the roll use two mens' shirts. Check out the tutorial on my website www.ecofashionsewing.com/special-makes/repurposing-mens-dress-shirts-into-womens-pants/

You must be very tiny to be able to make a skirt out of four sleeves (from two men's shirts) that fits you.. I'm considered small; but, I am not tiny. I use my scraps to make quilts.

You can always add fabric pieces of same length on the sides or another sleeve/s to make it work @arvettadelashmit9337. If you already make quilts, then a quilted style of added skirt would look great! The key is to pick colours or patterns that look beautiful together and appeal to your personal style ;) Have fun creating😊💃
