Please make a video on how to fix the sputtering sound that comes out of the speakers. But yet no sound works (and before you suggest resets, I’ve tried them all).
The radios come equipped with those buttons anyway even if you don't have it... you can buy a MOPAR kit that adds a microphone but it has to be programmed and is costly (it doesn't even do Bluetooth music), so I highly suggest buying an aftermarket radio (it's cheaper) from Crutchfield with Bluetooth already built in. :)
Hi Bris! If your Jeep is equipped with Voice Command, you can press the Voice Command button, say "Main Menu" and say "Bluetooth Streaming" to switch to Bluetooth Streaming mode or press the "Aux" button on the radio plate. Feel welcome to contact 877-855-8400 if you need additional support. ^SW

I have the same radio on my 2017 JK. When I pair Bluetooth to my phone ( iPhone 6s+) and listen to music, the sounds comes over the left channel only. The right side has a buzz. How can I get the sound through both channel?
My girlfriend and I both bought 2017 JK Wranglers. Both of us are able to pair our smartphones and have sound when we make calls, but neither of us have sound when we try to use maps for navigation. I have an iPhone and she has an Android. Any thoughts on this?
windandvoidboxer I spoke to another jk owner recently and he had the same problem as me...so he got rid of his 130 and now has a NEX series pioneer radio and it works great....I will ask the dealer to see if it's the radio, but I will likely change it out to the pioneer! I'll let u know what they say,,,,

The cutoff at the end of this video is so fitting for the atrocity that is the voice-activated Uconnect system in the Wrangler.
😂 seriously, like...ahh now what?
how do I listen to music thru BT ?
The most outrageously frustrating car bluetooth system on the planet. Developed by techs that were fired from microsoft?
Actually you’re right. All the people involved with the development were actually fired from Microsoft and Dell.
