It's a real pleasure to have you as a teacher here. You're one of the best youtube channels I have followed. Thanks

I'm happy for you. I really do. I watch your videos & Chris Do too. I can relate to many of what you said. Thanks for the videos & sharing your story. Always for the better.
my maaan! super proud of you listenin to one of your simole followers like me and actually droppin this vid! thanks 4 putting yourself out there. absolute Fire!
10:10 "Sometimes your passion is being developed when you see your work succeeding." So true. But you never know beforehand. So it was good that you followed what your audience/the market demanded. Your work and your videos here are really inspiring by the way.
Could not have found this video at a better time ✨️ I'm in a similar situation and hearing about this pivot is inspiring. Clients can be so so wonderful but staying aligned with your core vision is incredibly fulfilling 😌
Very well said Ran. I had a similar experience in the last year. I had to drastically realign my path & mindset with reality and when I did everything just started working. I was just hitting blocks until then
Ran I think your revelation here 7:53 is really heartwarming and passionate and will allow you to grow as a creative entrepreneur and you sound much more mature, calm and in control of your life and business. As a new web developer and entrepreneur I am excited to use the most efficient technologies to create websites and apps for new clients and webflow is on my list of 3: Wordpress, Webflow and Gatsby of what frameworks/cms's to use. Good luck to us all :)
Proud of you Ran! I've been a sub on here since the beginning and I always find value in your content. Watching you grow and succeed has been an inspiration for my business, so thank you.
Hey Ran! Recently found your videos and definitely have gotten hooked on listening to what you are sharing. As a former content marketer who's changing careers toward UX Design, I think you're knowledge has helped navigate this changeover, whether that's looking to refine my skills or think about getting freelance work. Thanks, and keep up the great work.
Loved that you shared this man! So much can change when you put your mind to it and focus. I needed to watch this, been feeling like I need to refocus again haha. Thanks 😎
Loved it, I'm pretty sure you will create a great tech company and htis can be a step in the ladder, you're an awesome content creator brother and this can help you to create the base for a product in the future!!
Happy for you Ran! It's been great to see your growth over the years. Question: How did you learn how to produce these courses so well? Did you take a course for this? Or get guidance from an advisor? Cheers. C
Not related BUT could you make a *REACTION VIDEO TO WIX EDITOR X* ? They seem to be taking A LOT of inspiration from Webflow It has a worse white eye straining interface though (it looks like SquareSpace and Google Docs) but now since it has more e-commerce and blog features than Webflow looks like they are trying to compete with it.
In your video with Chris, you mentioned that you wanted to make $300,000 and work less. Did you achieve that goal? Curious because Chris said that you would definitely be able to achieve that. Interested on how that turned out.
This is exactly what I don't understand. It is implied that this is the desirable progression for us designers - to stop designing? To stop creating? What if I don't want to be a business consultant?
It sounds like this is the route he chose because it is providing him with a level of passive income in his life that would help sustain him. I bet he still designs plenty, but he's treating flux academy more as a product that can be nurtured over time rather than a one-off teaching course.
What he has done is become his own client. He still designs plenty - his product sales pages for the courses, all the content on his Instagram, he is creating that for himself and his own passive income business. Then his new clients are the budding designers he teaches. He’s not saying that any one way is wrong, he’s just trying different things and following what works for his specific situation - I think that is the true wisdom to take away from this video.
Wow, this so resonates with where I am / have been in the past months!
Chris do is really someone who guides very well
The journey never ends up being what you thought it's going to be. I can't agree more.
This is exactly what Robert Kiyosaki was talking about, Passion vs Purpose!
Your realization at 12:00. That was deep man, had to pause the video and think about that one for a second. Thank you for being transparent
I would love to learn in more detail how to start and sustain that shift in identity.
You guys are like the avengers of Design, hope to get there too, thanks for helping!
Those guys are like Designers of film making, if you can make sense of this ;)
Thank you for being so honest in this video. I like Chris Do and his approach to design and business as well. He's revolutionary in his thinking.
"Reality showed me that people need me elsewhere." Amazing revelation! Thank you so much for sharing this! Love your work Ran!
I remember when you published those videos with Chris and the internal struggles you were having. I can’t believe that was 2 years ago. Time flies.
So happy for you, Ran! This really makes me want to change the things I am currently doing.

You didn't want to be online Guru but even before starting your course, you were teaching us on RUclips! 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your journey and thought process!
That's a great perspective 💡
Love that you did this, Chris and you in that original interview is so impactful.

Great I love the paradigm shift I experienced similar
Wow!!! The decisions you made sound really tough!! Very inspiring!!!
Bro, this was really inspiring... :)
#beyourself thanks man
Can you also do a video for building and selling a business?

You’ve switched backgrounds with Chris from 2018. :)
I actually discovered you around then i think maybe even earlier? How long are you doing this now?
Great video. I was hoping he would open up on how much he earns off of RUclips alone per month.
Awesome... 😁
Lol! i watched the video of Chris coaching you 2 hours ago xD
What setup did you film this with?
0 dislikes that a video

Wiw!!!!
You evolved into another youtuber that doesn't actually design? Yeah sounds cool

@@theninjacow What if you don’t want to? Well, you don’t do it. I don’t think he is forcing anyone. He’s just sharing his journey.

Before Chris, no airpods, after chris = airpods 😎
