Stone Mountain Hamfest

I visit the largest hamfest in Georgia. I meet some new people, check out new and used ham radio stuff and work my club's table.

Was great fun! The wife and I dropped by both days. We brought home a couple 5/8 wave hi gain antennas, mobile mounts, icom 5100a, and a couple different name tags. Also picked up a pretty nice pen and 5 hamjam tickets from the nice lady seated to your left

I was there yesterday. Passed my Technician license test.

Nice. Welcome to the hobby. I talked to the people running the testing and they said a young man passed all three tests in one sitting. I talked to a few that failed, but I’m sure they will pass next time.
