I’m the same dimensions but I usually wear a size M, I ordered the pepper color in a M and it fits pretty loose and relaxed as long as you don’t dry clean it

So I shrunk the pepper shirts and they are a little big, but I still think they look good. I also ordered a white shirt and shrunk it and I feel like that one fits really good.

Large probably will do the trick. XL if you want it very relaxed.

I'd get XL. If you want a tighter fit, get L but if you want a relaxed fit (like I'm wearing), get XL.

The neckline on these aren't big at all. So the only way these will fit big is around the torso and arms. Which can be pulled of as a baggy look.
