The pivotal Albert episodes were incredibly well done and the smaller appearances in other episodes were nicely done to show how he evolved from a boy to a young man, and became somebody his family could depend on. God bless! Happy 40 Anniversary to Little House on the Prairie! still on tv after all these years... that is a beautiful thing!

I love the addition of Albert and Andy to the show. A little mischief and boys will be boys concept was an awesome decision, even though they were fictional characters.
Well, see him again if possible. Time waits for no one and is increasingly short. Material crap will pass away. Time spent with family, friends, loved ones is immeasurable.
Really? So in real life is he like he is in the shows? You know always coming up with plans to trick the annoying people in life? (kind of like in the shows he was tricking the Olsen's all the time) Or was that more of an actor thing? I am kind of guessing it was an actor thing. Because I saw a 2014 reunion where all the Ingall girl's were there (the actors of course) and Matt was there too. He seemed super quiet the whole time and only talked when they asked him something. So in real life he seems kind of more on the serious side. Although it was hard to know for sure, since he may have just been trying to make it more a thing for those who were on all the seaons. (since he was only on like half of them)
He was a nice guy but real reseve i hung out quite a bit since he lived about a mile away from me where i grew up in California..otherwise a nice guy you just have to understand the entertainment industry its a very dark place jeanne...Have an incredible day ...Rick
That makes sense. So it was a serious thing when he wasn't really talking on that Little House reunion last year. It's so odd how kids end up in shows and a huge amount do. I'm positive it's because their parents are tv actors or producers. But it's kind of sad that so many are on TV when they're only 9 or 10. In this case many of the Little House actors were 9 or 10. Nellie, Willie, Albert, Laura, Mary, Carrie, Grace and alot others.
I know alot of actors I grew up going to school with alot of them jeanne its not whats it cracked up to be ..trust me do not idolize the celebs its a very dark sinister industry. Regarding his parents he was adopted along with his brother patrick and there parents were not actors they are called the handelers. thats a fact one of my good friends growing up was tom hes the nephew of john travolta I know the whole family his mom is ellen on happy days played cha chi mother...but the movie industry is not a good thing especially the nasty boys who are in charge of it all...Enjoy Rick
I have a crush on him now, and I'm an old lady👵. I didn't watch Little House back in the day, just this past year. I love the show and fell in love with Albert.
Little House on the prairie is probably my favourite telefilm.. I really love it, enjoy it and watch it everyday❤ i can say that I practically know the series by heart!😍
Haha...same here! :) Actually I think it said on a 2005 reunion that he's a voice person for animated movies now and lives in New York. So no chance of us running into him unless we're in New York. ;)
I literally came here because I was searching for videos about Jaden Yuki's English Dub VA. There weren't a lot of the videos where he speaks, to hear and see if he did sounded like Jaden. Yeah, I can still hear that Jaden-ish voice, alright. 😂

Albert was a cool character for the show. It changed the dynamic he looked like Michael so they couldn't have gotten more lucky there. Great little actor he turned in to a fine young man as he got older. Wow what fond memories growing up being that same age group watching that show.
I remember as a kid being a huge fan of Matthew on both Little House and Wiz Kids. I liked when they brought Albert on as a cast member because I now had a character whom I could relate to. He STILL looks youthful these days. Too bad he's not seen as much these days.

i saw matthew in a movie yesterday (A Woman Under The Influence) and the day before (Barbarians at the Gate), by complete surprise matthew was in both movies. i felt like it was no coincidence so i had to go online & see what he was up to. he looks great! same face:) hope all is well with him & his brother. loved little house. watched it everyday after-school as a little girl. probably 4th grade through 8th or 9th grade. i've seen every episode a million times. i still check it out every once and again. God bless! Happy 40 Anniversary to Little House on the Prairie! still on tv after all these years... that is a beautiful thing!
That's cool! I heard he's a voice person for animated shows or something. Apparently he's the voice for someone in Monster's I think it was.
Hi:) It was such a freak coincidence that I feel like it was no coincidence at all. He has the same face:) Loved Little House as a little girl. Glad to see he's doing well for himself. Thanks for commenting:)
Iliana Tersy I should look those up. I don't think I've seen either, but if Matthew is in them then I should look them up. :D So are they older movies or more recent ones?
Jeanne Evans Barbarians at the Gate came out in 1993. & the Jena Rowlands movie came out in the early 70s. Matt is an adorable little boy in the 2nd movie. Hope I was helpful:)
Iliana Tersy Yeah I'll look them up now. Thanks!
I was in first grade with him and his brother Pat!!
I remember coloring with the both of them!
Always liked him!
Happy for you !
✌❤your 1st grade friend from Sherman Oaks Elementary🌹
superior actor, a class act
Oh man, that brought back so many memories!!!
He still has those sweet, bright eyes. I'm so glad! Mr Edwards and Albert were my best of all...
Loving these in dept interviews with the cast of little house. Thanks for uploading them!! The show was huge here in Ireland.
I love this show!
I loved the series, but i loved the books even better!
Patrick Hempe same
Such a wonderful actor, and such a nice looking kid and man, with all that shiny black hair. He has it all!
👍🏽💯😊
HE PLAYED A GREAT PART! GREAT ACTOR!
Loved him as Albert!!
Matthew clearly kept his looks, and is still quite attractive.
No drugs and alcohol. God bless him
I love the addition of Albert and Andy to the show. A little mischief and boys will be boys concept was an awesome decision, even though they were fictional characters.
He was so cute.and he was a natural actor.I cried when he died on the show
I grew up with matt one of my good friends and have been many places bowling and magic mountain. Hes an awesome guy I haven't seen him in 30 years
Well, see him again if possible.
He was my favorite 💜💜💜💜💜
Albert was my favourite.

It was a brilliant show. I still watch on Cozi TV. Perfect casting. A better America at that time when it aired.
I had the biggest crush on Albert Ingalls as I’m sure just about all the girls did. Great memories watching that wonderful show.
Yes, he was my teen heartthrob too.
One of my first TV crushes!
I have a crush on him now, and I'm an old lady👵. I didn't watch Little House back in the day, just this past year. I love the show and fell in love with Albert.
I knew he’d grow up handsome. 😀
Little House on the prairie is probably my favourite telefilm.. I really love it, enjoy it and watch it everyday❤ i can say that I practically know the series by heart!😍
I will be introducing my 9 daughter to this show
I’m watching the reruns today
How has she been liking it...?
They don't make shows like Little House On the Prairie these days. I'm glad I watched it from 1974 to 1983.
@@dennisnash7636 so am I at the moment on RUclips he punk Willie Olsen in the nose twice I love it
Books are great too, i still have the same set ,my mom got me, when i was little , i still read them , once in while💜
Still crushing ❤️
It’s interesting I was raised on this show. Only to find out he voiced Jaden Yuki on yugioh GX...my life is complete
He is one of my favorite characters he's soo handsome I like to imagine stories with him in it
Haha...same here! :) Actually I think it said on a 2005 reunion that he's a voice person for animated movies now and lives in New York. So no chance of us running into him unless we're in New York. ;)
Yeah me to, but i for one think he is more then handsome
Shush now JW
You're fat.
I literally came here because I was searching for videos about Jaden Yuki's English Dub VA. There weren't a lot of the videos where he speaks, to hear and see if he did sounded like Jaden.
Yeah, I can still hear that Jaden-ish voice, alright. 😂
I remember seeing him first a year before he played Albert when he was on an NBC Saturday-morning series called THE RED HAND GANG.
He made a series in the 1980s called The Whiz Kids there was only one season
He is still cute!
Yep
He’s really handsome
Still handsome.
i had such a huge crush on him when i was lil,.....
lol me too
Gabriella Smith Me too.. Especially when he Got much older!!
Did you like his fucked-up lips? Fucking idiot.
Gabriella Smith Me too.
Ben Faulkner He had the sweetest face ever.
Me compre todas las series completitas de little house on the parte. Y siempre las veo y no me canso de ver una y otra vez. Ya tengo 61 años. Y desde estaba pequeña que descubrí el programa en la tv blanco y negro recuerdo.
Albert was a cool character for the show. It changed the dynamic he looked like Michael so they couldn't have gotten more lucky there. Great little actor he turned in to a fine young man as he got older. Wow what fond memories growing up being that same age group watching that show.
😍still love you Albert!
I remember as a kid being a huge fan of Matthew on both Little House and Wiz Kids. I liked when they brought Albert on as a cast member because I now had a character whom I could relate to. He STILL looks youthful these days. Too bad he's not seen as much these days.
My two used to watch The Whiz Kids
He grew up to be such a nice looking man...I loved this show and loved Matthew's character on there...
Sweet talented darling face. Yes, love him.
I love 💕 watching little house 🏘️ on the prairie a lot. But I didn't get to watch it when it was first on tv because when it ended back in 1983 I was a little baby like 3 or 4 months old.
melissa, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed growing up watching you and Melissa Gilbert in LHOTP. it really hurt turning on the tv and finding out that Michael landon had passed...
Did you realize that Melissa Sue Anderson did not upload this video? A fan uploaded it.
I loved the episode men will be boys i laughed so hard it was great , ive been binge watching the series im on season 8 now and trust me i will watch them again and comfort show for me love it .
Heyy I'm sorry, do you know any way I can watch the entire show for free? I can't manage to pay for amazon Prime or peacock :(
He was such a handsome boy
Thanks for Posting this! ♥
He is an amazing actor !!’ Love him on the show
I love the I Remember, I Remember episode. Matthew as Charles yet again and Katy Kurtzman was such a cutie as young Caroline. They had a few kids play more than one role on different seasons of the show.
He grew up to be a handsome guy! He's totally recognizable.
He recently got married .
