One of the ideas: ‘Someone who can enter dreams’ Ana: ‘I don’t know, it sounds very original, but there is probably a movie or a book like that or something out there somewhere’ The BFG: Am I a joke to you?
the quantum scribe sounds exactly like goosebumps im not gonna lie. But anyway I think ai is really helpful and we should use it. Like i understand the people that dont want to use it because authors work gets stolen to train the ai, but you have to look at the good side too. It’s definitely helped me to come up with some ideas I would never have thought of otherwise
A big part of getting good output is making good input/prompts. Be specific about the genre and audience, ask it to give original ideas with intriguing characters and high stakes. Weak prompts will generate weak and generic responses.
this is so cool !! i love your videos so much, your such an inspiration ! im still a beginner writer and i was wondering if you could do an updated tutorial on how you like plot out your book !
This is pretty cool, especially considering no idea is completely original anyway. I’d probably make my own titles tho… I think it’s kind of like using one of those story idea generators only it doesn’t suck as much 😂
Hi again 🤗❤ Another great vlog 😊 and I use AI for some help to describe somethings. Sometimes it is helpful and other times the info is ok. I think I still have to write out the bit of info from the old legend of the lycons. Since I do use bits and pieces on my notes, not for part of a scene in my second werewolf story. Plus also good to help with words 😎 like if you don't want to reuse your clinch words. So that I don't have to use Google search that doesn't help when you need something more. Might use the AI to get book ideas for more werewolf stories 😁 but that is later on, not now. Keep up your awesome writing vibes following in each vlogs and podcasts. Cheers till next time.
omg 3:27 is literally an idea I came up with when I was, like, eleven, except make the teenagers elemental elves instead of human. It wasn't terrible but I've grown in my writing style a lot. Maybe one day I'll revisit it...
I don’t think it’s a bad thing to use AI, especially for ideas. It’s a really amazing tool that we can use to our advantage!! For me personally, I love using book title generators online to get me inspired with new ideas!! 😊
hello ana! thank you for uploading this wonderful vlog. i've been on my project and it's been 6 days. i never came up about chatgpt idea but suddenly i discovered it 3 days ago? because i have a writer block. it was a sudden thought lol. idk about everyone but using chatgpt to help you write when you have no idea come up to your mind is not really bad at all, as long as you're not literally copy paste it without developing your own writing. well, people said it makes your creativity not original and authentic, but creativity is naturally indeed not always original right? ideas always come up when you see something, feel something, or when you're doing something, or when you're reading an author's novel. it's just my opinion >< anyway i'm so happy to watch your video! keep it up bestiee
chat gpt/AI generally worries me- capitalism, taking opportunities from actual writers, everyone's heard the complaints by now- but! I do think this is a good use for it! 100 different writers will go 100 different ways from the same idea, and it's not much different from a prompt generator lol. and some of these ideas o.o. that The Cursed Compass idea that popped up in the intro miiiight hijack my brain after I'm finished with my current project lol
Please can I ask you for advice 🙏 I REALLY REALLY struggle when it come for completing my books !!! I don't know why but after 3 or 4 chapters I just get bored 😐
Please don’t use this because I’m working on it (I’m only 13 lol) but um Basically the popular dude in school lets call him jake get paired up with the nerd/shy/quiet kid Ruby he didn’t want to be paired up with her but he dosent really have a choice so they meet up a couple times for the project you know talk and work and he actually sees that she’s a pretty cool girl but he dosent admit it of course but then one day she goes missing after Ruby goes missing he starts asking other people if they know anything and their all like why do u even care she was weird anyways but then quickly people think that Jake had something to do with it and he try’s to find someone who believes that he had nothing to do with it (or did he)and when he finds someone who believes him do we know that the person is trustworthy?
This has always been my personal opinion that it's all right to use AI as a tool to generate ideas or inspiration, because as writers we're always unintentionally picking up ideas from the movies we watch and the books we read. Honestly, look at most novels and dig deep. Most of their premises are mash-ups of other novels or movies - just presented in a very original form. Some might argue that this is unfair, drawing ideas from other people's work and using them as their own. But personally, I feel like it's always all right to get inspired - as long as the story you end up with is executed in a way that makes it refreshingly original. At last I'd like to just drop my remaining opinion here: The main purpose of story-telling as a whole is to entertain. I don't find it cool to wage wars against people for "stealing" others' ideas if they've wound those ideas into an original tale that stands out on its own. If it entertains people, and if it's original enough not to make you think, 'Wait, isn't this exactly word-by-word the same as Harry Potter??' we should respect it as a good book, and we should respect the author for drawing inspiration but utilising it well. And of course, I'm very much against STEALING others' ideas - using the same story, just changing the characters' names and throwing in random new scenes and claiming it to be an original work. Please don't do that. It's seriously disheartening for the original author. Create a story that readers love and make it as original as you possibly can! Thanks for coming to my ted-talk :)
Why did you use ai? it’s already taking away so much of the creative field. I know that you are just using it as a tool, but ai is really something we shouldn’t be using.
That's what people back in the days said about when computers were getting in the hands into the public's use. Typewriters who actually typed with typewriters, were heavily worried their writing creativity about "computers are lazy" attitude. It's exactly what people said when film photography, it's very first uses, were created and the creative field at that time were weary and saw it as not art. Yet, these technology advances have evolved, aren't must of us have grown up the technology uses and especially for us writers who have used document softwares to write our stories as well (created as far back since the 1980s of these kind of softwares). So...is it something we should be worry about photography, computers, and writing document softwares? As far as I know, must of us aren't afraid to use it. And we all see it as just tools in today's world. Hell, the comment you just wrote down is essentially a subset of Ai use. Ai isn't really new and has been used for decades. It's only just now that we as the public have actual access to these kind of Ai tools more with the advance of technology. So why be worried for one technology use, but not worry for the other uses?
I clicked. Though, I have a ton of my own ideas. Who's on the same page w/ me? Thank you, btw. Greetings from Ukraine-the one regularly bombed by Russia.
I'm sorry but this is my last straw, from an artist to another, PLEASE inform yourself on the dangers that AI has on all creative fields. I don't know why i expected better from you.
Ana, you’ve just cured my writer’s block! I love ‘the forgotten symphony’ and the detective story so much
One of the ideas: ‘Someone who can enter dreams’
Ana: ‘I don’t know, it sounds very original, but there is probably a movie or a book like that or something out there somewhere’
The BFG: Am I a joke to you?
Ana: yes

IM ALREADY EXCITEDDD FOR THISS VIDD (current favs rn are The Dream Eater's Curse, The Song of The Sea & The Enchanted Labyrinth)
Wait this is such a good idea, how did I never think to ask AI about book ideas lol 😂
These are amazing ideas! "The Quantum Detective" is my favorite, but mostly because I love detective stories.
ooo yesss👀
Just created one lol
A big part of getting good output is making good input/prompts. Be specific about the genre and audience, ask it to give original ideas with intriguing characters and high stakes. Weak prompts will generate weak and generic responses.
Currently on the 15th chapter of my novel and I ended up mixing together a couple of book prompts which totally reminded me of these A.I. suggestions
loool ana i love how you picked all the fantasy type prompts 😅 not a single non fantastical idea in sight 😂 some of these were pretty cool tho ngl
haha 😂
love the vid, very creative and good ideas. Keep it up Ana!
I did that once since I was feeling rebellious, my fifth project is about space warriors
I know some of the ideas given didn't unique and maybe overdone, but imagine how much fun it would to add unique twists to those ideas? :D
This is smart! You always have good ideas. I think this just cured my writers block
2:23: prompt one
3:07: prompt two
3:37: prompt three
5:27: prompt four
6:19: prompt five
The detective sovlving through different relaties sounds alot like Fringe the TV series.
this is such a cool idea to ask chatgpt to give you ideas! your videos never fail to amaze
this is so cool !! i love your videos so much, your such an inspiration ! im still a beginner writer and i was wondering if you could do an updated tutorial on how you like plot out your book !
I've asked AI for book ideas, too, and it always gives me the same ones, lol.
This is pretty cool, especially considering no idea is completely original anyway. I’d probably make my own titles tho… I think it’s kind of like using one of those story idea generators only it doesn’t suck as much 😂

The quantum scribe is definitely my favorite it coulb be like a dark acedemia fantasy aah!! Might actually make it into a short story
I love your videos Ana!! I also started to use AI to help me with my book. And it really helps!!
The typewriter one was goosebumps 😭
omg 3:27 is literally an idea I came up with when I was, like, eleven, except make the teenagers elemental elves instead of human. It wasn't terrible but I've grown in my writing style a lot. Maybe one day I'll revisit it...
Honestly most of these ideas remind me of Marvel Studios' LOKI. Maybe I'm just too excited for Season 2 lol.
Great video as always, Ana!
I’m currently using chatGPT when coming up with locations names because I suck at coming up with names for things it helps.
I don’t think it’s a bad thing to use AI, especially for ideas. It’s a really amazing tool that we can use to our advantage!! For me personally, I love using book title generators online to get me inspired with new ideas!! 😊
Generators are super helpful! I try not to actually use the names they generate tho
The Quantum Scribe idea sounds a lot like the plot of Alan Wake - it's a videogame though, but the story is great fun.

I am surprised how well-developed AI has become! I will definitely use some elements from these prompts in my book :D
I kinda wanna use the quantam detective one
For your next video can you do names for characters you would like to see in more books
If you have published any, where can I buy your books, I really wanna read one!
Please can I ask you for advice 🙏 I REALLY REALLY struggle when it come for completing my books !!! I don't know why but after 3 or 4 chapters I just get bored 😐
Dude! I love your vids so much. Thx
You should ask Notion AI for book ideas too. Notion AI so creative (the ai writes actually good poems) I'm sure it was awesome book ideas
I think it is fine to use it for ideas, of course you need to give it your own colors and make it better, but I think it can be helpful.
Great idea! Is there a free version of chat GPT?
@planetsky8046 thanks 😊
I really like the forgotten symphony :) Also, isn't it chat gpt and not gtp? Idk. Thx for the ideas!
Please don’t use this because I’m working on it (I’m only 13 lol) but um
