I’m most impressed with the size of your bathroom. Nate- you have a knack for speed talking. I’m impressed with all the words you can pack into a video like this. Y’all are adorable.
I love how you really fixed this Rv up to fit what you need to fit in it. Love that pantry and those little shelves where the tv was. Great idea! Everything looks good and nice!
We lived in a 29 ft class C for 3 years with me and my husband and our teenage son , a golden retriever and a crazy little Jack Russell. We loved it. I miss it
Congratulations!! I had discovered this "L" floor plan years ago (Winnebago Trend / Itasca Viva) but totally forget about it because I was obsessed with a B van. The reality is I have two little ones that would terrorize me in a B van, and I just do not like the look of bunk over cab so I'm back here on this L floor plan. By the way, you're the 3rd RUclipsrs so far that have recently rediscovered how amazing this floor plan is. For those of you still wanting a B van, the 2021 and earlier, Travato 59G is the most comparable.
Lots of good organization ideas. Love the little "office space" upfront in the cab. That grill looks nice and compact! And "nooks and crannies" is used in Ohio too :) Not just a southern thing.
An idea for your flimsy shelf area for your plastic plates and stuff is, you can get stretchable netting that they sell at boating supply stores usually used to store fins and swim masks in. Stretch it taught across the top it'll hold up your dishes and you have it stretchy enough to keep your dishes from sliding around or falling out. Basically a dish hammock. If you can't find that nettie you can always use badminton netting material. Then also in your shower for your shower shelves use the same netting idea and have them hooked up with command strip hooks. Just thought you might appreciate an idea. God bless and take care.
Oh my, i bet you wish you had utilized some of these smaller but big ideas for your time spent in a van. Thanks for sharing the stackable pans, and skillets, the two burner cook tops for outside, the foldable table, etc..And many forget utilizing the outside walls for stick on hooks to hang clothes. And I love the bucket for shoes that STAYS outside while in one spot, it's all about forming time saving habits. I believe I would prefer also the bed over the driver instead of the drop down because I can see during day time it would be great to store 'stuff' and yet still accessible. THANK YOU FOR SHARING !
Thank you for sharing how to downsize. We are all going to need to downsize at some point in time. We are so happy when Sunday comes along and then we get an added bonus of catching up with the LJMJ crew!
The RV works for getting into smaller places/parks which makes life so much easier. I don't know if we could down size our pans in the kitchen though. Have you thought about using a larger expandible shower rod, with blackout curtains with large metal grommets (with circles which have holes)and permanently wedged behind your captain chairs on each wall. This way you just slide the curtains to oneside of the rv, tie them with something, and leave them in place while traveling.
Thank you for giving a tour of your B+ Rv. I think you did a great job of making everything fit. I loved your bowls/ cooking pans and the cute two burner stove for outside. I like how it folds up and that table fir outside too! I like how it all fits. Hope you have a great day and I’ll see you all soon!
Everyone forgets that the microwave is essentially a cabinet. Nothing is ever stuffed in there. Chips, bread, etc will fit perfect in it. In our Airstream we keep our big pots and pans in the oven. They are cushioned with pan dividers purchased from Amazon. And a few old towels. Just say'n.
Hey guys, I love what you've done with your tiny RV. We had a Chinook one time and it was not nearly as convenient as yours and I'm sure it was a lot more expensive. Six weeks in the Chinook and we traded it even for a new 5th wheel. LOL.
Thank you for sharing the great organizing ideas. Thank you for the detailed list of sources for the items. You are making the space work for your family. Well done.
Great tour guys! Some great tips and storage solutions in there. So impressed you’re making this work as a family of 4! That’s a great little RV and floorplan, basically identical to the one we rented in Florida for two weeks in Jan 2020. So nimble without the slide, you can pack up and go in no time! That dining table with the extension leaf was a big favorite of ours too. Wishing you continued safe and happy travels! Hope to see you again soon! ❤
After seeing the first video where you mentioned the EcoFlow, I did some research and ended up purchasing the Delta Pro, which is the same 300ah that you have in total (3600WH) but all in one and 3600 watt output as well. Love, love love the simplicity of it and that it's so easy to take with you when you change rigs. It's a great solution and thanks for getting me hooked.
I’m looking at your solution for power using the Eco Flow plus installed batteries. I don’t have space under my rear sofa bed for a second lithium battery but do have space on the floor between the sofa & a floor cabinet to hook up to my current Li3 system for more battery storage. Thanks for giving me ideas!
Can I just share a common mistake that people make when they do these kind of videos and thank you for sharing by the way. As someone who's lived in a van full time the most difficult part of such an adventure is night time when you're shut in a small space in the dark. It would be great even if it's only a tiny extra part of the video if you could show what it's like with the curtains drawn at night where you're shutting that space cuz that's the bit I think most people find the most difficult. Otherwise it paints an unbalanced picture of a lovely light filled space which is very much different from day to night. Even with the best of vans but the build can make a huge difference as you know very well being so experienced. Anyway lots of love to you and hope you get what I'm saying ❤
This Michigander uses “nooks and crannies” all the time. 😂 Great organization tips! Hensley, you did a great job sharing your bedroom- well done! That is such a great RV layout- wish they still made those.
I was watching World News and there was a kidnapped women that is in Mexico and they are telling people to not go into Mexico. So please be very careful while you are in Mexico. My husband and I are looking into buying an RV and watching this video helped us to buying an RV.
This is fear mongering at it’s finest. First of all, danger lurks everywhere you go. Ther is always a risk if you travel to another country, not just Mexico. Second, be an informed ttraveler and know your risks in any country you visit, where to go and where not to go. The kidnappings in Mexico was a mistaken identity. They were mistakenn by the mexican drug cartel to be haitian drug smugglers. Third, they were going to mexico for a cosmetic procedure, of all places, and made a wrong turn according to U.S. authorities investigating this case. Fourth, be more informed before spreading news without the proper context. Sometimes, it is the visitors fault when they get into trouble in another country.
WOW Nathan great organization for a small RV. On top of that you went from a standing back office to a front corner office with windows. You are moving up!
It is amazing how well you guys organized such a small space. And some of these would be great even in a larger rig for saving space. But I really love the coffee bar!
Do those nesting pots have heavy bottoms to spread the heat? Inquiring minds want to know. Keep the good stuff coming guys and give the kids a hug for me.
I have always wanted metal stripes on the outside of camper so I could use magnetic attachments when you set up. I also am thinking those pop up cabanas could be closets outside when you set up.
I haven't heard from you guys for a while. It's nice to catch up on your family 👪. Glad to see you are doing well. You're very brave to have a family of four in such a small rv, but that smallness opens up opportunities a larger rv couldn't.
This RV is just like a typical UK Motorhome and we find it so fascinating watching you take the same or similar space saving actions as us. We have gone from an Motorhome like this to a VW Panel Van Conversion in the last 18 months and now have even less space to hide all those things we want to take with us. Thank you for sharing your experience, we really enjoyed it ! 😃 Trev n Sue
Hey Cookeville couple! (TTU grad here) Been a while since I saw your videos. I checked in a lot when we were shopping for a travel trailer and wound up with a 20 foot Lance and love it. Question: if you have to shop every few days and your holding tanks for four people are not that large, how do you Boondock for very long? You have to disconnect everything just to go to the grocery store or sightseeing, right? Wait!! You are Boondocking, so there’s nothing to disconnect, L O L. Newbie here but I might have a couple of hacks for you if you are ever about an hour away where we live off of I 40. Safe travels. Amazing organizing. I'm a family of one + dog and I'm still have stuff I haven't used in a year. Life is more complicated with a house. Too much moving. I find empty clothes hangers all meet in my Airstream's closet. Dirty clothes without hangers all meet at my house. Fact of life # 25.

Awesome tour! Just curious if y'all had thought about sleeping in the pull down bed and putting the kids in the back bed since you said it was bigger?
Anything is possible but everyone likes this set up 😀
@@LessJunkMoreJourney Great! That's the most important thing! Love your videos :)

Q. How does this compare to the airstream or 5th wheel? Is this an experiment or a keeper?
