    Outstanding video. There is so much bad information about how to activate the glutes on the 45 hyper. I’ve heard it stated that to have the back rounded and to come up rounded is how to activate the glutes. This is dead wrong and I see this constantly with individuals who cannot get their glutes to grow. Much achieve a flat back and then pull yourself upwards to teach the glutes to work.

    Belt squat has helped. Still have problems with my form. They say I go too straight up and down and not "sitting back" 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

      Now after about 3 months of nothing but belt squats they say I have perfect form. Just started squatting with gear too. Looks good just have to get stronger now

      @@WenningStrength I love Stan, he's insanely strong but his squat form is so weird... it's the complete opposite of this, its almost as if he goodmornings the weight up lol, either way he says it works for him but I like this way much better haha, great vid! ps-your bench vids have been so insightful!!
