I would love some kind of machine that plays one of your exclamations every time I look in a mirror - “Oooh! Isn’t that lovely!” “Now that’s gorrrrrgeous!” 🤗💖✨ Really enjoyed this video!
Hearing you get excited about the materials makes me so happy. But it's very dangerous to my wallet. 🤣 I like the convenience of acrylic paint markers, but I have only tried Arteza, Posca, and some cheap craft store brand that I have forgotten the name of. I should branch out on my colored pencils. I used to be a die-hard Prismacolor pencil person, but I haven't been as happy with them recently. Watercolor crayons/pencils aren't my favorite because the remnants of the initial application bothers me.
It’s so satisfying to watch you swatch all your new supplies. I love to hear your enthusiasm for all the juicy colours. It makes me want to play. I would love to see how you use them as I haven’t got any of these things (yet 😂) so would be great to see what you do with them. Such a great video 👍
Molotows are my 😍 fav! Also, theyre refillable which is a huge plus. I like Liquitex paint markers too. Also, refillable. I purchased a few empty markers both brands to mix my own paint. Super fun markers ❤👍🎨
Girl, I love watching your videos and I so respect you. My favorite part of this video is how it’s like a surprise unboxing for you since it’s been a few months since you ordered it!
I adore your enthusiasm for these colors! It makes me so happy to hear your excitement! I am on a supply ban but this video has inspired me to get out some of my own materials and create a new color palette with these colors. And I really love that your wc palette is crusty and not pristine, shows that it gets a lot of use.
Lovely swatches! Atm I use acrylic markers for white highlights in watercolour paintings. LOVE Windsor and Newton Quin Magenta, it’s my favourite version across any brand I’ve tried so far, and it’s the same pigment as opera, but more lightfast, without the added brightener.
Ohhh, this kind of video is my weakness :D I've banned myself from buying more art supplies until I have made a dent in what I already have, but I don't see the ban in place for too long because I just can't help myself when I see gorgeous colours. I love the joy with which you swatched these and made me take out some art supplies and try them out too :D
So fun!! I love new supplies! Some of these would have been great to use during the 14 days of fruit. I can’t wait to see what you do with them. (Most especially the markers.)
Thanks for making this video. I can't wait to see what you paint on top of the acrylic gouache. Your sketchbook is beautiful! I got all excited when you said that the acrylic gouache won't reactivate if you use watercolor on top. ❤
Can't wait for the watercolor video, which colors you use the most, maybe some examples from your sketch book... Also seeing that mucky palette get cleaned would be very satisfying :)
Thank you for this lovely video! Seeing you enjoy your new colours so much is a joy to see 💕 And I really dig your colour choices! These molotow markers look amazing, I might need to grab a few of them! I've only used a white posca pen with a fine nib for highlights, but the opacity and colours of these markers make me want to give them a try 🙂
Acrylic markers, I own a lot favorite brands posca and Molotow just for the barrel design and ink quality. Those 2 rarely dries out on me unlike other brands. But edding, liquetex, Marvy, zig, Tooli-art, arrtx,Montana, mtn, kink. Are the brands that I have tried…
Love watching this and getting excited whenever you "ooohh" and "aaahh" 😆 I might "need" to make my way to Overjoyed very soon to get the Holbein gouache and pencils because those are not in my collection... yet 😅Thanks, Ohn Mar!
Hi beautiful art haul I use posca and toolie art paint markers in my colouring books I’m learning to paint ect in sketch book.. I have the whole set of Holbeins and lumerance too I use artist grade colouring pencils.. I would love to learn how to sketch draw too.. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊xxxx
These swatches makes me wanting to buy more art supplies :D I really love the Holbein acryla gouaches (I have almost every color as if I was a professionnal artist...^^') and Olive green is one of my favs :) How are Holbein pencils on top of acryla gouaches? Because I am quite disappointed about my Luminance pencils... they don't show as much as I expected on top of acryla gouache.. (hope my English is correct) Have a nice day :)
New subscriber here, I'm going more and more into mixed media, and find your channel super inspiring :) I am very drawn to muted tones and moody colors, so I love all of your color selections! It inspires so much for my own future art purchases! I had a question though: I have had quite a bad experience with the Molotow extra fine (1mm) acrylic markers. The flow was really bad: nothing came out and then suddenly a big puddle came running down but did not wet the nib - it just puddled directly on the paper. In comparison, the Liquitex were much nicer to work with - though not super opaque. Do you have similar issues with acrylic markers? Maybe the wide chisel nibs just work better for acrylic markers compared to fine point nibs?
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! I'm thrilled my channel inspires you-muted tones and moody colours are some of my favourites to work with too. Regarding acrylic markers, I’ve had mixed experiences as well. The finer nibs, like the 1mm ones, can definitely be tricky and temperamental, especially with flow. I’ve found wider chisel nibs often perform more consistently. It might also help to store the markers horizontally and shake them really well before use

😂…hahaha…that’s funny …but true 😊😊
I love it! That made me chuckle
Straight up retail AND color therapy!
🤣 I should have said I always wait for discounts

I often buy most of these materials when there is a discount. I agree can be an expensive hobby, but it gives me so much joy
I live in Asia…American and European brands are hard to find ….and very expensive, so it was nice to see the Holbein stash 😊
I’m so glad you found it useful - I would love to buy more of their products in the UK
The way you applaud every single supply is so wholesome
Thats kind of you to say

Your enthusiasm is contagious ❤

Good to know!
I'm on a "use not buy" period, but it was nice looking at your new supplies. Looking forward to your watercolor palette refill video.
Coming soon!

Did I hear gelli plates? Great haul
Yes 🤣 that’s going to be another unboxing video

You can do it! I do weigh up the pros and cons - normally I do use most of my art supplies that I buy
So fun!! I love new supplies! Some of these would have been great to use during the 14 days of fruit. I can’t wait to see what you do with them. (Most especially the markers.)
Totally! Art supplies make life fun

I’ve not heard of some of those brands - will check them out
Loved watching this! I'm always curious about what new colours you get!
I’m really pleased with this selection and can’t wait to use them monoprinting
This was both absolutely enjoyable and helpful, thank you! ❤

It’s a good thing Overjoyed there was only 15 minutes left before they closed the shop otherwise it could’ve been a lot worse on my wallet
😅😆@@OhnMarWinArt
what a fantastic haul, it looks amazing ☺☺☺
Thanks so much! 😊 as some of these materials have been hidden in a box for three months. I really was excited to see them.
Omg that is gorgeous 😮
Yay I'm so glad you think so.
Just stumbled across your channel and I really enjoyed your videos. Great haul and love your excitement.
Welcome aboard! Thank you so much for watching
Gorgeous colors and I love how you swipe-applied color from one page to another with your hand :)
Glad you like it! I’d pretty much use my hands and fingers as an extra applicator

To be honest, I’ve not tried Holbein pencils on top of the Holbein gouache but I’m sure I will soon
Ohm Mar what is the white brush you are using for the Gouache please ?
I always love hauls I wonder if you have ever tried your hand at art crayons by marabu they are water soluble
They sound interesting. Thank you for the tip.

I like the look of these acrylic markers by liquetex. Do they dry out quickly?
It really depends how much of the acrylic is on the paper and what season/temperature your room is
Are the One4all ones similar to posca pens in properties? I love all of your editorial comments😂😂😂
They are pretty similar
so nice ❤ new friend
Thanks and welcome
