Rogue Angles and Isofarian Guard are the two I'm backing. I pledged $1 to Aeon Trespass and the pledge manager recently opened for it. So, I'm trying to decide on if I should skip it, get Acts 1-3 (old stuff), or get Summer (new stuff). New stuff would be the cheapest entry point, but I still need to do more reading about it. It may not be my cup of tea, especially with other games coming soon, like Deep Rock Galactic. It looks more my type of game.
Deep Rock Galactic is very different than the other games you mentioned. Those are all good choices I don't think you can go wrong

I'm pretty excited for Dice Throne and more Deep Rock. I love DT competitive, but I also love dueling games in general. Deep Rock is good fun. Need to play it more though.
Hehe, we are a bit opposite in this regard. I love Deep Rock and find Dice Throne good fun but need to play it more 😃
@@Co-opGuild To be fair we've been playing Dice Throne since Season 2 released years ago (2018 or 2019?), and it was one of our most played game for a long time (we had very few duelers at the time that played as easily and quickly). Deep Rock is a lot of fun but our collection is much more crowded now. Not a fair comparison for us! haha

Hehe sounds like me. I like X-Men more than Avengers and have so far avoided Dice Throne. Toss in a co-op mode and my resistance is fading away

I'm really trying to buy less right now, but I know the Deep Rock expansion has me for sure. It's such a great adaptation and I love it to pieces. I do wish the insert was less snug, as it is I'm afraid to paint the minis due to damage. The area around the dwarves in particular is way too tight.
Rogue Angels is interesting... But I don't like the map art at all. Mixed feelings on that one.
I'm skipping the other ones mentioned here for sure despite any interest. Again, trying to buy less in general.😅
Yeah that's a good point. Those minis really do snap into the tray in Deep Rock Galactic.i know quite a few others that have painted their minis. I can ask them if they noticed any damage and share back here for you if interested?

So I asked around. People suggested varnish but even with varnish there were some concerns with possible damage (nothing verified though). I saw one confirmed account that varnish was enough to protect the painted minis.
At least one person modified the insert in the tight spots through pressure to redirect it.
Another person scrapped the insert completely and used magnets.
Not sure this is helpful but I'll add more if I hear any more solutions or info from others on this point.
@@Co-opGuild Thank you! I really appreciate it. I've heard of people using a hairdryer to heat the plastic and remold it with other games, so I'm strongly considering giving that a try. Varnish would also be a good idea considering how much play this gets on my table. Maybe someone will do an insert, especially with the expansions coming out. 🤔
