Honorable mention to the Fyreslayers' *Encase in Molten Rock* : It requires an overpriced fighter and is dice-value-dependent, but if you can knock a big threat down to Move 1 or 2, you are effectively canceling one action -- certainly limiting its contribution for a round -- and unlike a net, it doesn't matter what you roll -- just have to be within 15". Maybe a down-ballot checkmark for the theory behind Lumineth's *Shining Company* in that it negates an *Onslaught* , but in practice it's too demanding and can't be allied elsewhere. Man, that Goonhammer-NYT analogy is apt: The resources, the reach, the reputation that is wholly unearned; the smug and relentlessly self-congratulatory tone; and a corpus that is nothing more than the prejudicial and semiliterate drivel of that class of buffoon that is driven by the belief that opinion is the purest form of fact. Arrogant, ignorant, and always behind-the-curve -- just an embarrassment to the field. You ain't perfect, but you are far too good for Goonhammer. And the Times, for that matter.
I use EV as an abbreviation for Expected Value, which will either mean the mode or the average, depending on how you'll use the ability. So if you math out how much damage the ability does, that's your EV. Since 2 rounds of Onslaught on a fighter that's good at smashing maths out to just over 4 on average, a double that keeps pace with Onslaught is good.
Here's a comment for the algorithm, keep up the good work!
In bonus actions/damage, I guess you forgot the Wildercorps Hunters Hunting Pack, but I don't think it's as good as the ones you listed anyway
Great idea for a series of videos. Enjoyed this one and looking forward to the rest.
Thanks! I'll make sure to keep plugging away at them.
Double dragon baby

Low tide x Cyreni + squiddo allies post faq 🤤
lol I feel so silly now giving them away as a prize!
Storm of Blows?
Yeah I should have included that one since the EV is way over 4.
I am missing what EV relates to for damage, when you say EV 4 is good?
