Stephen Curry FULL OFFSEASON WORKOUT VIDEOS (Shooting Drills, Strength and Conditioning and More!)

In this video, I compiled all of Stephen Curry's offseason workout videos including ones with his trainer Brandon Payne, where they go over some balance fundamentals when shooting and dribbling. Some clips have muted audio to avoid copyright, but you will see the movement shooting drills followed by a series of strength and conditioning work with his performance trainer Carl Bergstrom. They include a lot of core stabilization work, in addition to some explosive lunges and squats. It is some of the behind the scenes work fans don't often see to prepare for a long NBA season.
