How is his shoulders and elbows and wrists not wore out yet? Like other sports like baseball where you use the same motion over and over you get repetitive stress injuries, like tendonitis. I guess he's still not that old yet. But many he just shoots so much that I would think he would develop some repetitive injury in some of those joints/ligaments. Esp the shoulder which can easily get injured.

@shortswarrior69 Did u even watch him play😅 He made very important defensive rebounds, blocks and steals in 2022 playoff. This narrative started when LBJ with the Cavs thought that the best way to slow Curry down is to make him work in defence. So they were switching their best player on him. Kyrie then sometimes LBJ. No one can guard Kyrie in ISO... Curry had to work in his strength to get better in handling that challenge. To see all that and more, u need an average or higher IQ.😅
It's crazy to me the amount of eyes watching him yet how unfazed he is. The level of mental focus that takes is amazing. Now imagine 20,000+ watching him in a stadium, unbelievable.
Perfection!!!! Steph nailed it down to a science! And he his a master at his craft!!!! He made it look so easy in games you wouldn't believe how much it takes! GREATNESS
What he did in this video alone is more than all the cardio workouts I have done in my whole life.... I can throw up shots like him but i will get all airballs
It's weird, I never had a chance to perform in front of a crowd without worrying about the way people viewed me. I was always wondering if people were judging my performance. I felt like my coaches were watching me, looking for weaknesses, and looking to demote me from starter to the bench. I thought scouts were in the crowd during all my games, dating back to 8th grade. I always felt my dad's presence, my second biggest critic behind myself. It has to be so relieving to be somebody like Curry. He's accomplished just about everything that he can. He's the greatest shooter of all time. I don't think he's worried about what ANYONE thinks about him while he's doing his workouts. Everything that he's been doing is completely dialed in. No fear of anyone taking his spot, he's THAT MAN.
That’s why it’s been known. Other pro’s have tried to workout with him and stopped after a couple mins. He just doesn’t stop. New rookies should try to work this hard to be great. I was a rookie in team. Every day I’m working until I have this routine. Also this is just his first session there’s more
This not normal.... Curry a robot alot of people can't understand how hard these drills is.... just shooting alone this many shots is hard enough but constant motion this a full body exercise and he barely misses.... this why regardless of how Certain nba players feel about steph he will never be left unguarded...lol This is why he my favorite player his work ethic is crazy
this shit is crazy he barely miss and the rare times that he does its with the closer ones its like the further it is the easiest for him curry is just inspirational
what's crazy is many casual hoopers(24 hr fitness), college players, and average NBA players can't do the 'running back n fourth' shooting drills without getting fatigued. people fail to acknowledge his stamina/endurance.
Stamina is very important. Becasue if you're winded then you can't think straight then your form suffers, esp if you're under pressure. I just realized this from playing a lot of soccer. No matter how much technique and soccer IQ I develop it's only as good as my endurance because if I make a run and I'm gassed then my technique and my vision becomes sloppy due to lack of energy.
Best nba player of all time! I don’t think there are anymore ways to change the game of basketball. Players evolve and he is at the top of the charts in this generation
And this is why it’s not close. Not only the shot making but the ability the endurance combined with still being able to shoot accurately and consistently is ridiculous
there was a story paul george and draymond talked about on PGs podcast about an unknown nba player that tried to work out with steph doing one of his intense conditioning and shooting workouts and the player puked and quit early. this is credit to steph but not because he's "tougher" or whatever but because steph has been doing those type of workouts for a long time and built up to them. so any random player who not used to that is obviously gonna struggle their first time. thats why steph can do his personal drills and hit 90% cause he comfortable doing them, and all other nba players hit 90% too when they do their own drills
