Thank you, this sounds fantastic! I've been good at duplicating some wonderful vegetarian dumplings I tasted in a Buddhist restaurant in Taiwan, but never thought of adding walnuts! Can't wait to fix this!!! I normally cook food from a number of cuisines--usually East Asian--and mostly vegetarian/vegan. But...married a wonderful man who is used to the SAD (such an appropriate acronym, yes?). For example, he thinks instant mashed potatoes are da bomb. (ikr?) Been trying to find things he will enjoy that won't make my tastebuds shrivel up and die of boredom, so am always trying to figure out Asian dishes that would be acceptable to an American palate. Haven't met anyone that doesn't love dumplings! I think he'll love this!! (And so will I!!) 😊

Thanks so much Dunni! Honestly with the walnuts + the tofu + all the seasonings you don't taste the walnuts distinctly, so I would def leave them in! They really add the perfect texture! I hope you love it!!
