Thank you because I loved snyder's cut but i am not going back to watch the Previous movies. No Sir! So thank you so much 🥰
i didnt remember superman dying from when i saw it
You made this look so good. I almost wanted to watch it again
I’m so glad you guys are back in force, you had me worried.
Thanks! Just a case of finding the spare time to get crams in!
Well, the reason why Bruce was training is indeed for preparations on fighting Superman, but its main purpose is to actually be able to move properly while wearing the Dark Knight armor, which is a full-on metal armor/suit, which should weigh more than his weight.
no the workout scenes were to show of Ben Affleck's juicy body
I just watched 3 different recaps because I cba to watch the movie before Justice League and this is by far the best one!
holy shit this channel is underrated, i would’ve guessed you had 100k subscribers at least, good work!
Omg super helpful, my friends wanted to watch the new cut of Justice League and I didn't even remember Superman dying in the previous film😅 thanks lol!
Thanks heaps. I needed this booster shot before Zachy boy's Justice League
Incredible recap!! So clear and entertaining!
The only I didn't like about the movie was Batman's suit which is based on the Frank Miller series and how they explained the creation of doomsday
absolutely fantastic! Thanks mate!
well done
This is awesome!
why didn't BMan just stay in his Gotham bubble ?? does this happen a lot?
You should recap Zack Snyder’s Justice League
Very well done
I cried when Kal-El died.
It's been years, you've even made a recap on a batman film, BUT YOU STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED ARKHAM CITY MIKEY!
It's so convoluted 😅😅
You sure did save 3 HOURS of my life. I couldn't get thru the first 30 minutes of the movie the first time around.😂🤣
Is that what it was called? Dawn of justice? 🙄
Hey hello
Batman's also there. Lol
XD
Gosh
miky?
Lol
Holy shit. This video made me realize what a convoluted mess this film is. When you really break it down like this, you can see how incoherent it is, and why it's such a bad film.
How is it incoherent?
@@legoben98productions There is just too much happening with the plot just to get Batman and Superman to fight. Half the plot you're wondering "why are we watching this? What does it have to do with the movie?" And it's because it's just there to make Superman appear to be bad so that him and Batman have a reason to fight.
For example, the terrorist scene at the beginning of the film. We don't find out until later that it was Lex plotting to make Superman look bad. So in the moment, you have no idea why it's even in the movie or what is happening. None of it tracks. It's incoherent.
Also, how does Clark Kent not know who Bruce Wayne/Batman is, when he grew up right next to Gotham City?
It makes no sense. The entire movie is just plot on top of plot that needs to be overcomplicated to justify it's end goal, which is just to get Batman and Superman to fight.
And it spends about 2 hours doing that for a pretty bad 10 minute fight, for it to just be resolved inconsequentially with the pretty silly "martha" scene. So all of that 2 hours of plot on top of plot to get these two to fight... for nothing.
The only thing good to come out of it was the Batman warehouse fight scene, but at that point in the movie, it's too late. It's not just too late. It's WAY too late. It's the equivalent of a full movie run-time at that point. So it's just a cool action scene with a Batman that I don't really care about. And I'm a die hard Batman fan, have been my whole life.
It's way over-stuffed with things that ultimately don't even matter, they just exist to get Batman and Superman to fight, and that's even with the 3 hour run time.
I just picked up the 4K remaster, and I've seen the film plenty of times as a huge Batman fan, but even on this most recent watch with trying to love it, I just can't get into it. It's such a fundamentally bad film on a craftsmanship level. Snyder's Justice League was way better, even with it's overlong run-time.
@@ed1rko17 the terrorist, Wally (former Wayne employee that lex picked because he hated Superman just as much) were objectives for Superman to go to the senate trail. Lex and his crew forced the witness to falsely testified that the people that the terrorist burned was Superman who did it and the lead bomb setting off in the capital and made it look like superman was at fault. It’s a detective mystery subplot for Lois to prove Clark’s innocence.
You’d think that everyone would know the face of every rich person, Clark didn’t grew up in metropolis (which is next to Gotham), he grew up in the state of Kansas miles from both cities.
It’s not just a physical fight but a conflict of philosophy on handling crime with Clark not liking the Batman’s new ruthless path while Bruce sees Superman as a threat because of the black zero event in man of steel and the whole lex plan of making Superman looking bad to the world and also pushing Bruce’s ptsd (with the newspapers of on the Wayne enterprises in ‘letting your family die’ meaning that Bruce had actually viewed his employees as family) with his losses was just for Bruce to snap and to take down Superman.
The Martha scene was about Bruce realization that he had seen Clark as anything but human. He spent 20 years on fighting crime and he has lost his way since the death of robin and the past 18 months of demonizing Superman that he has become what he has fought against and that he was almost going to not only kill a son but letting the son’s mother die by the hands of lex’s mercenaries. Bruce was expecting Clark to beg for his life not someone else. Martha was more or less a trigger word. After that it’s the start of Batman’s redemption.
@@legoben98productions You fansplaining a convoluted and incoherent plot point doesn't make it any less incoherent. I understand what's happening in the scene. The point is that it's messy, and bulky, which is boring to watch and diverts your attention away from what actually matters.
I don't think you were actually interested in hearing my issues. You are just interested in convincing me I'm wrong, when I'm entirely justified in my POV, especially considering how the majority of audience members felt the same way I did. If the majority of the audience finds your movie a mess, then your movie is a mess.
@@ed1rko17 I’m sorry I’ve seem like that. I have also been a huge Batman fan since I was a toddler. I just don’t see it as convoluted and messy as it was claimed. Like it’s seem kinda simple back when I saw it in theaters. The terrorist scene seemed shady at first and they even had specially made bullets, like each character has something to do at least. Lois is constantly investigating on the Middle East incident to prove Superman’s innocence, Superman dealing with weight of the world and it’s suspicions on him while figuring out what is going on with Batman’s recent actions, lex building the whole setup of Batman fighting Superman and getting access to the kryptonian ship from the us senate, Wonder Woman just wanted her old photo back, and they feel a bit much but it seem fluent to me. The movie seems to be one of those films that’s getting more appreciation and love as well as some people being like ‘I understand it now’. I noticed that Zack’s movies get recognized after a few years after it’s release and seeing how many people talk about how it’s ahead of their time like ‘watchmen’ or ‘sucker punch’ I like loverboy media’s video on how he had hated the movie then grown to love it. Question though is your remastered the theatrical version or the director’s cut (ultimate edition)? I’m wanting to get the ultimate edition for the whole film.
This movie sucked thank you cuz I was gonna rewatch but now I'm glad I don't have to
Not my thing either, so much going on for my dumbass to follow lol I literally restarted 3x lol and tried super hard to focus on the film and now I'm watching a recap lol
