Teach or Xebec is the huge Florian Triangle style monster trying to steal Mother Flame. He doesn't sleep , he has no dream to achieve therefore the One Piece will not respond to him. Thus he will get mad and try to take everything ( The World lights/dreams) . The micro-suns people carry on the right is Haki/Dreams. Nika/Luffy will pull a Goku and ask the citizens of the world to lent him their power( DBZ finale)
Oda in '22: "I've always pictured what the final chapter of ‘ONE PIECE’ would be like, though from time to time, the situation surrounding it changes. It will still be over whenever the One Piece is found in the series, haha. Anyway, this next arc [saga] is the final one."
It's either that, or it's a thing required to achieve that goal Either way, the end result is almost certainly the destruction of the redline and calm belt
Honestly...I don't think he gave us much. He gave us another mystery box that we can busy ourselves trying to interpret in a thousand ways. It could be that the answer is here in this mural but it's so indirect that it would be hard to prove whether that answer truly exists or it will be made up later. It just seems more of the same from Oda. Just give people another snippet of an implication of something and watch their heads spin.
I think the ending of One Piece isn’t just a culmination of events solely in the op world. It’s showing the real world Mu was a thing and our history goes back longer than current science wants to admit. An advanced civilization DID exist before the Younger Dryus Event (end of the ice age).
Hey I’ve really enjoyed your one piece polls for some time now and I’m excited to see you expanding to longer form content. I think I might’ve cracked the “they will not meet again lines” at the end of the 1st world it says that the great fire serpent wraps the world in death and darkness, the en they will not meet again. My interpretation would mean that the they is the people in the one piece world, who had been separated in two by the formation of the Red line. In the second world, the god of sea’s rages followed by they will not meet again, meaning the people had been separated again this time by the sea via the formation of the Grand line and the calm belt. Now in the third world, the sun god will bring the world to and end and a new dawn rises followed this time by they will surely meet again, I belive this means Luffy will destroy the Red line and the Grand line. This would mean that the people of the world are united again as well as share one dawn as the sun would reach them all together without barriers. This is supported by the prophecy of fishman island where Luffy would destroy fish man island since it’s below the red line, as well as satisfy Sanji’s dream of reaching the all Blue. Just a theory but I’d love to hear what people think.
9:21 - I think you misunderstood what was said. Luffy vs Emperors was plan originally before One Piece was massively expanded, not end point of the story.

Wdyt???
Man when i started to read One piece manga i didn't this shonen manga lore will go deep. Like if you start to read or watch One piece manga or anime. The starting story is simple. Luffy is a boy who wants to be King of the Pirates and find One Piece. I knew his path would be hard but didn't knew it will be almost impossible difficulty. Like at start it sounds like a simple story but when the strory and Luffy's path go on. It into goes deep story and the Luffy's path gets harder and harder. And now I am saying that One Piece is not for kids. At start it looks that. But now it doesn't. It's for the teenage and adults. Like can you imagine from the start One Piece lore will go deep. Now I even doubt Luffy will be Pirate king. There's Blackbeard, Shanks, Buggy ( Because he got Infinite Luck). And after Dr Vegapunk revealing that those who will find One piece will have the fate of the world on your palm. After the whole world heard about that now not only Pirates will go after One Piece but the Marines and the Revolutionary will go after One Piece so the bad Pirates doesn't have the palm of the world. Oda is a genius for making The One piece best manga and anime in the world.
Obviously the mural is inspired and takes much from the final pages of the Bible, Revelations. We already know that Oda has a knack for biblical imagery with Doflamingo's 12 subordinates, or Mihawk and Kumas entire characters, even the Devil fruits are a symbolic imagery for eating from the forbidden tree in Genesis. Blackbeard and Imu are a pair of beasts, Blackbeard is analogous to the "Beast of the Land" or the "False prophet" and Imu is obviously the Anti-Christ or the "Beast of the Sea". Whitebeard refers to BB as "Not the man Roger is waiting for", and much is to be said of the SUN or SON in this mural, whereas BB represents the void of darkness. "The God of the Land" is the false prophet in the bible, and the similarities between this beast and Blackbeard ring true when accounting for his greater narrative in the story. Perhaps there is the Devil itself in the story, or the Serpent of fire may be a tool used by the Beast of the land to subjugate and punish the native humans for progress. I really don't know how to interpret the power dynamics between the deities in this story. There is an idea of God among the populace seeing as though we have Churches and Bibles. On the other hand, there is no definitive existence for one and they instead have characters like Nika in their stead. Maybe there is no Satan?
I think Shanks helped Nyon & Shakky & Silvers in rescuing the Boa Siblings by giving them a map of the Holy Land the layout of Castle Pangea as well as briefing them on the Holy Knights abilities
Did Murals mention only 4 gods? Sea God, Sun God, Earth God, Forest God? And there are 4 Emperors for the final battle? Perhaps just like Sun God Luffy, other 3 Emperors are Gods too? Buggy Forest God, Teach Earth God, Shanks Sea God.
"THIS TIME, THEY WILL MEET", I guess this could be aplied to the oceans of the world, since they were split more likely in the first era of the world with the creation of the red line, then they even got more separated by the new world order of the factions and self imposed rulers on those oceans, they need to be free again.
Not just the red line, I think. The text is written like a religious fable, but I think there's a very literal meaning to it. "And they will never meet" is repeated, and there's two natural (or not) landmarks that divide the world. "Man killed the sun and became god, and the sea god stormed. And they will never meet." And that's the grand line, created at the end of the second world (the void century), dividing the world along another axis. Think about what the Earth God and the Sea God might mean. They could literally refer to gods, but I think there's a more direct meaning. The three ancient weapons bare names of a sky god (Uranus) the god of the underworld (Pluton/Pluto), and a god of the Sea (Poseidon). So read through this lens, Pluton was used to create the Red Line in the first world, and Poseidon created the Grand Line in the second world. The fact that the text implies that the sea god raged in response to the 20 kings killing Joyboy (Man killed the sun and became god), and we know that the mermaid princess was Joyboy's ally, it would make sense if Poseidon is the sea god the text refers to. Consider what the Red Line and the Grand Line are in the modern story. Both are barriers that divide the world, but while the Red Line is the pedestal from which the World Government rules, the Grand Line is a section of the sea that's hard for them to control, and has become a breeding ground for powerful Pirates. It also contains Alabasta, Fishman Island, Wano, and Elbaf, all kingdoms that are associated with Joyboy and are enemies of the World Government to varying degrees, so it may have been placed where it was to protect them. The Calm Belts serve as a sanctuary for Sea Kings, and considering Poseidon's power is to control the Sea Kings, that's another association between the two. So the Grand Line was created by an ally of Joyboy in response to his death in order to protect some of the lands that were allied with him, give sanctuary to the Sea Kings, create a hiding place for the Poneglyphs, and in general to create a place in the world where pirates could be pirates, because it's harder for the World Government to control. It seems that it was done in order to make it possible to one day fight back against them. The Red Line was created to facilitate tyrannical rule of the world, the Grand Line was created to resist that rule. Well, that's my idea at least, could be completely wrong.
I think I can tell you who they are. The two sovereigns. Lili. Imu. But who is Lili really? Cindry wasn't Cindry. Hogback's love was empty. Imu's obsession with Vivi is empty. If Vivi isn't a reincarnation of Lili, then who might be? When Mr. 2 arrives on the Merry in chapter 156, he immediately turns into Luffy. Mr. 2 has a feminine side. Kalifa had the 2 key. Her name means ruler. She turns into a sheep. The Mini Merry is the 2 slot. Again, sheep. And who is Vegapunk 2? Lilith. Evil. Kuma sent Luffy to Amazon Lily. A Miss Lucy is a type of Lily. What is the ideology of Amazon Lily? Survival of the fittest. What is the result of the celestial hunting games? Survival of the fittest. What was Luffy's original opinion? That strength was the measure of a pirate. Lili is merely Luffy without Shanks. Imu can't see that the person he loved is not Vivi, it's the very person he has designated as his enemy. But it's deeper than that. Imu knew the first Nika personally. But that's a story for another time. Essentially, Luffy alone is not Nika. Luffy with Shanks' influence is.
@delandoneal8941 The fruit chose Luffy. Robin was given a fruit that allows her to grasp that which is out of reach, like her mother. The fruits respond to desire. Luffy had a strong desire to be free, so the fruit chose him. But at any point, Luffy could have fallen off the path to awakening, and he ultimately wouldn't have become Nika. Bonney reveals that humanity has a strong desire to emulate this liberating figure. To create a facsimile. I believe the void century only had facsimiles. Two. Joyboy and Lili. Laughter and Destruction. Lili had the fruit, but did not awaken it. Remember that Gear 4th has a Haguromo as well. Whereas Joyboy simply understood the mechanism behind the ability, and was able to emulate that power source which caused Emet to revive in proximity to Luffy's awakened form. In the flashback where Joyboy is talking to Emet, Joyboy isn't transformed. This implies that he was not the Emet's power source. I believe something he created was the source. He discovered an exploit. He was able to produce a transformation that looked like Nika, through his fruit. A fruit with transformations. In guard point Chopper can stretch, and he has proven he can develop new forms. Remember the energy steroid? Joyboy's rumble ball.
