I believe Shiki could be the regent of Elbaph with King Harald being dead

I wonder if there's any other things from Strong World that will be referenced in Elbaf. Was Strong World the 1st appearance of Luffys "Thor" attacks? If so, pretty interesting that norse named attacks appeared when Shiki was introduced. If he becomes relevant during Elbaf then wow that's some good foreshadowing. Also, Shiki could have a different personality than what was shown in Strong World as a kinda misdirection type of thing. I wonder if his 20 year plan he was talking about in Chapter 0 could have something to do with Loki. He had to wait 20 years for Loki to reach what could be considered "prime" in the OP-verse.

Rocks' silhouette looks too similar to Dragon for it to be coincidence. I think Rocks is Luffy's Grandpa and Dragon is an adopted son of Garp.

It’s almost definitely Shiki but I like the idea that it’s Scopper because wano was just a rocks crew member and the only way to keep escalating without ending the story with BB/Imu would be a villain from the one crew that beat the rocks crew. the Roger crew. Maybe there’s a reason we’ve gotten to know Rayleigh so well but not Scopper…

This man is most likely the Man Marked by Flames (note the whirlpool sound effects next to his silhouette). It would be cool if he and Shiki were the same person, but I highly doubt it given Shiki's lack of connection to fire/flames

I think the reason why it took so long for Oda to introduce Shiki into the main story is cuz he has been thinking on how he's going to use Shiki's fruit cuz his fruit unintentionally became canon. It wasn't Oda's choice to give him that fruit and his fruit is broken cuz it allows flight and Oda has always been very restricted when it comes to devil fruits that allow flight. He's probably going to have to nerf his fruit

If we're going to see Shiki then I think we might finally know about nami's parents since Shiki is involved in that. For all we know he could actually be her dad

People hype Shiki up, but his devil fruit is trash. Enel can already fly. Lots of logia can fly. Lots of paramecia can fly. A fruit that lets the user levitate is pretty sub par.

We actually only know 1 thing for sure about Shiki, Kumas flashback is the only cannon monent Shiki actually appeared in. Past that you're believing the same propaganda bird that just told the world Luffy killed Vegapunk.

Shiki was a real monster, it took both Garp and Sengoku to defeat him, so in his prime he was most likely on pair with Roger, if not slightly stronger I can't wait for his return and i believe he will be for Kid what Rayleigh became for Luffy Plus Shiki had connections with Wano (style, grandma with Bon Clay fruit met him herself) Amazing catch about strawhat being from Wano, i didnt think about it! Plus if both Shiki and Kid will unite their abilities against Strawhats for example it would make a truly devastating force to fight against. Plus there are a huge axe and sword on Elbaf which could be used too One more thing to add - Elbaf is the last huge arc before the final war, so if Oda will want Shiki to turn his 22 years plan into action there won't be any better time than now. Plus with the Urogue and Enel most likely appearing this arc too in the end it will be a huge battle in the end of this arc between multiple sides

Shiki top 1 candidate, but scopper has a solid chance too....I'm leaning towards Scopper because some of the points you mention fit him all too well too from the kasa straw hat connection with wano, the crocus meeting, the invested interest in the SHs, being welcomed by the giants on friendly terms, another interesting thing about Scopper is that he's presented as this Delinquent type character in the Roger Pirates, him blonding out his hair over the years would be on brand for him
