- Israel's loyalty to Ford runs deep. I still can't believe he's only been wrenching for 3 years - and 6 months of that was in the lube bay! He found his calling and he's going head first. He knows what he wants, and he couldn't be more humble about it. Israel, thank you so much for taking a moment to give us all a tour of your box during your busy day. If you enjoyed the tour Israel gave us, give this video a Like!

Finally someone with Milwaukee 3/8 impact sockets I'm not alone 🙏
I love mine
i love mine! i got mine on promo for a steal. they are painted and really really good quality
@@sugarskulllyfe5890same. Standard and metric, Deep and shallow. Great find, I use them every day!
I really like Israel, he's a good man! It's evident too that all his co-workers like him too - they give him stuff and are comfortable asking him for assistance. That Ford dealership is lucky to have him, as he genuinely loves Ford vehicles since he was a kid, and I just love how he somehow ended up at his dream job at Ford despite some detours in life.
Thanks.🙏🏽
Well said...
It's the blue!!! seems like a hardworking dude!
He was hustlin before and right after shooting the video. Hard worker for sure.
“I need a Red Bull” I felt that 👌
😅
this was a real one
The man likes what he is doing and it shows 👍😎👍
I can relate being raised in Northeast there is no fake it till you make it it's 💯 or nothing.
I switched careers at 31. Don't regret it at all. I had been into wrenching for years before getting into it professionally.
Awesome! Glad it’s working out for you James!
My boy Lace. That’s a special dude. Proud of you homie. 🙏
I know Israel a long time great guy Jack of all trades but I see he found his trade Tool Box is amazing keep up the good work bro Much love from Philadelphia
My guy .peace and blessings
@toolboxtours my daughter was born on nov 21st 2023 and around that time I came across your videos. It’s been amazing being able to watch these videos with her on weekends. Love from Chicago! Honda apprentice here
That is awesome! Chicago 💪
Great tool box tour
Sorry I couldn’t stay for the whole live, but I learned a lot 👍. Didn’t know the Topdon pocket scanner was bi-directional. Gonna have to pick one up. Thanks!
@@ToolBoxTour
Thanks again for stopping by, it was a real treat to have you pop in!
I just posted all the links to the scanners in the comment section
This men looks like he’s very dedicated and proud of what he does. that’s the kind of mechanic we need to work in our cars the real deal 🔥amazing tool collection too shows he invested in what he loves
I agree 100%. It’s rare to find people who are dedicated to their craft.
I love what you are doing! People's stories combined with the description of their tools and boxes are the perfect combination! Looking forward to the next one!
Thanks Terry! I really appreciate the comment. More to come!
Me and him have something in common. I became a mechanic at 38. Been doing it almost 3 years. Great video as always.
Love it!
Wish my boy Lase lived in CA so i can get my truck worked on by a professional. Next time, ask Israel to show you his truck too.
I should have!
What truck does he have
That was an incredible honest toolbox tour. That dude is cool as hell. As a fellow ford tech. I loved to see his passion and enthusiasm for doing a tough job . Glad he’s in a shop with cool dudes and it shows. Great job man. Love the attitude.
"I need a redbull" 😂
The backbone of every mechanic 🤣🤣
I need a Red Bull sponsorship 😂 thanks for watching
Beautiful box and a great collection. I did the same thing myself, switched it up to be a tech at 35 after spending a decade in parts.
Wow it's amazing to SEE all those tools incredible! I would like to have a toolbox just like that!
Thanks for watching!
Awesome guy. Love his setup. For only 3 years that's amazing
Yeah I agree Jason. That many tools in 3 yrs is amazing!
mad respect to him i love these types of videos!
I’m glad you like them!
Finally a Ford shop! Should do more! 💯
Hell have to submit to warranty to get another
I plan on more!
I have the same gear wrench Allen/ torx set. Best purchase I’ve made as a CAT tech
Me too. Theyve held up pretty good for the price. My Matco guy warrenties them. I hate how Cat uses torx. Spend more time digging shit out the head than looking for my 18mm.
Me too. Held up pretty good for the price. Hate how cat uses torx. Spend more time digging shit out the head than anything else.
I can tell this man is dedicated to his craft.
Seems like it would be rough but looks like he’s doing well best of luck to him
Yeah he’s living his best life there 👍
Thank you for the video and your time my Friend!
Hope all is well with you and yours!
✌🕶🔧
Thanks, you too!
Lol i got a spanish coworker whos name is Ireal, call him izzy
1st! Israel looks like one of my cousins from Puerto Rico!!
This is my favourite tour so far.
Thanks for watching. This is my favorite one and not because it’s mine. But I always watch his tours and I’m like I want a tour
Glad you liked it!!
Nice setup and nice guy
I love that beautiful blue box !
Israel seems like a chill bloke.
He’s definitely chill!
Need more mechanic that love to grind
I’m on it!
Got him beat switched at 40 from truck driving to truck mechanic. Lol
That’s a big switch! How is it working out for you?
What a great guy this was super cool.
Glad you liked this one 👍
Can we admire some of the Graffiti art pieces laying around Israel's workspace!?! From his refill spray can to the wall.
Definitely a great talented artist also🎯💯
Thanks.
He’s definitely an artist!!
One thing I've yet to see on this channel is a grease gun. I guess real mechanics probably replace ball joints and tie rod end rather than grease them. I found a Dewalt grease gun on the side of the road and even though I'm fine with the small ones, it's nice to have when I grease my jack.
Love this videos
Glad you liked this one!
wow... so this guy really went from a 2 thousand dollar box.. which id love to have bought from him!! to a 16,000 dollar box!!!!!!!!!!!! man thats crazzzzy.. i love the cornwell box dont let me lie to you. but me personally ida kept the husky.. guess cause ive always wanted a hutch and a side locker.. awesome video as always man!
I enjoyed the hutch and locker but needed some more motivation and the box spoke for itself . Wait until u get yours upgraded
@@theskeamisreal7198 oh yea no doubt. Definitely speaks for itself. The main reason I don’t go bigger with mine is because the shop I’m at is just me and my uncle and a tire guy. That being said I have a huge shelf on the side of my stall that holds all my blow molded case and such. Also my computer as hell. Which is like a little hutch on it’s on haha. But even tho one day I will have me a box with a hutch and a locker I’ve wanted one forever and definitely have the tools to fill it up. Btw wasn’t being rude or anything man.. it’s a great set up all together foreal!
Really enjoyed this one, great setup and owner! Blessings to him in his future. 💪🏼💯 thanks for sharing bro.
Thanks brother.
I can never keep my box that organized.
It’s tough but worth it on flat rate.
Chevrolet banner in a Ford shop 🤔 lol…another great tour!
😁
He said he does a lot of electrical....all i coukd think was like yep, Ford
I should be studying. But I’m watching this I stead cause I can’t help but love anything to do with tools 😎 perfect video to watch before going to take my ASE A6 test in a couple hours 😆
You got this! Good luck!
@@ToolBoxTour I passed the test no problem!!! First time taking it!
@@daveunderwoodjr682 any advice on what to study? Planning on getting that ase next as I got both A4 and A5
@@zorohs1455 I had a lot of trouble with instrument cluster stuff. Remember to study up on CAN also. Also I highly recommend doing the A6 first before A4 and A5.
My son is a Master Tech at a Mercedes dealership. To keep everything uniform and attractive the dealer supplies the box and you fill it with your tools. No other boxes allowed.
Not sure if I’d like that or not 🤔
I have the same box as the husky Israel had before he upgraded, they’re amazing would love to see a tour on one of them husky’s! Awesome video
They really are fantastic boxes! I wanted one for a while.
You can hear how much he loves his craft when he talks about it all, wow what a Tool Box!! 💯 Sounds like a Smart/Cool Guy!
Another nice tool box tour the Cornwall boxes seem pretty nice I’m in Longisland lmk if you ever come to New York
Will do!
When you come to WA. I work a Ford Dealer just upgraded to A Epic a month ago 🤟🏾
Sweet!
If your ever in southern AZ I’m in Yuma and would love to have ya. Been with Ford for 5 years now 🤟🏽
Nice box and this man is organised, i gotta be honest i wasnt too messy, but compared to this guy i was a slob
Yeah he keeps his box very tidy!
4:00.. Craftsman V-series, like the Facom and MAC tools..it's really good. Easily mistaken for a pro grade MAC..all made by StanleyBlack&Decker..Very nice 👍
Thanks for the info!
want to see a Lincoln tech toolbox tour
I’ll see what I can find.
"its the blue for me" while having a blue tool box
Bruh….
This was bad ass
Ps I b loving you
That top drawer power drawer is nice most of the time they’re located on the bottom drawer on most boxes.
Yeah I love it!
Hermoso you 💥🤟🏼
💪💪
I have two rolling Nanuk 935 cases as a travelling helicopter mechanic. I can take apart the whole helicopter and put it back together with two 40 pound cases. I do the zipper pencil case kind of organization for my tools and it only goes back together one way.... which I always have to figure out.
That last sentence got me 😆
Ford is one of the only US car manufacturers to not take a government bailout, that’s why I work for them.
Fords are garbage and the absolute worst to work on. If your still toating that line then dont buy from any corporation bc they all get bailouts in one form or another
True but it took out a huge loan!!
Just hope those ford lightning EVs don’t send them to the poor house. The technology is just not there for a light duty truck. To much drain on the battery to effectively tow something
Random Jar of jif peanut butter use ?
I am glad I was not the only one with questions haha
🤷♂️
I had made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before I started the job I was working on 🤦🏽♂️
I thought the Ford service manual might have required you make yourself a sandwich ...might be there a while. Lol. Those engineers be weird sometimes.
I need you to work on my ford.
Where do you get the mini snap on boxes? I see tons of people with them, I’ve been wanting to get one.
Can you try to find a welder and do a tool box tour on him.
I’ll give it a shot!
Thank you
I'm 36 and looking at a change out of my whiteish collar career. Supporting a small farm and family of 7 and thinking of buying a tool truck setup almost makes me want to throw up. I'll likely start cheaper and build up
I did the same at 32. We didn't have the benefit of Amazon being what it is now, so I got pretty much everything from harbor freight and sears. I've upgraded as things broke and wore out over the years, but still have a good amount of those old cheap tools. I'd wait till you get hired to figure out storage and buy more than basic tools. I probably have as many tools at home not being used as I do at work
@gregblau8082 The place my buddy (a team lead) is giving me a walk around for tomorrow, they have a 90 day/1 year/ 3year goal to have certain things so I was just going through the list and finding prices to see where it would start. Figured I'd just start with a 55" us general box and some icon tools. They have a box size limit as this place. I could maybe rob a few from home.
At my last shop I would have had to give up the work bench if I got a box over 60". Also in some shops you have to be able to move around between bays. Those are the reasons I said that. Sounds like a good plan though. If you're working with a friend that's a great resource to get started out right
@gregblau8082 it would be in aviation as an airframe tech. Not really a sector having grown up and worked in agriculture that I would normally pick but if it helps the family. I think based on what little I saw online was that the box travels with the tech to the plane.
You won’t be disappointed with a US General. I went from a Snap-on KRL Master series to a US GENERAL when we needed money for a down payment on our house. I was more than happy with the US GENERAL.
Would you be interested in an industrial mechanical / electrical maintenance box?
Sure! Hit me up on instagram @toolboxtours
U should find someone who is tekton fan
👍👍‼️

Does dealers fucking suck
you know what they say ford stands for right? fix it again tony...
Do you realize how reductive you sound when you start the episode with judgement like, “..this is kinda small..” You really need to work on that, because the content is cheapened with that constant in your rhetoric.
I don’t get much constructive feedback on this channel, so I appreciate the insight. I’ll definitely work on that. I never want to marginalize a shop - just trying to give viewers a clearer feel for what I’m seeing. Sometimes it’s hard to tell the atmosphere of a shop through a video. The last thing I want to do is disparage a guest on the channel, even if it’s in a round of about way. I do my best on this channel, but I can always do better! Thanks again 👍
