Glad Nicola is on the mend! You're not alone in washing your brushes after every use. I do this as well. Not only on clients, but also after my own use. If you have a large enough collection; which i imagine you do, rotating will not only give them a respite, it also enables you to use every brush you have; in rotation. I do the same with face brushes. Thanks for the suggestion about Selfridges. Needless to say... Sold Out... I'm on the wait list at Lancome US.. Fingers Crossed.. 😊
Hahah I I can't stand to look at them dirty but I do try to rotate and use different brushes. Some older ones I keep around just in case but they are not really in my rotation. I think overall my brush collection is not too crazy. Ah damn seriously?!

So happy to hear that your cream bronzer is still good after 5 years, I feel pressured to use asap my cream blushes ( 2-3 years old). I know, if will smell like crayons, is time to bin them, hope will finish before that. Happy new year!
Haha I mean good job Chanel, I have a Milk Makeup cream bronzer that started to smell of crayons a year later. So don't go for "clean" beauty if you want your products to last.
Great news for Nikola! I am on the same journey to use foundations that feel natural…although it is humid here, the heat is dry…so my skin is loving the lighter foundations. I find it interesting you do powder shadow first and then liquid…I do the opposite. But it does makes sense in your application. Lastly, very proud of you on the use of your new brushes…I use a soft microfiber towel to remove the color. Right now new lipsticks are the Dries van Notten…they have several formulas but the balm is very similar in texture to the Gucci and PML. And of course, I love the look

Hey there Mariam!! Happy New year! So glad your son is doing well!! Perfect way to start a new year with some Pat McGrath! I finally did a look today for the first time with Passion Fluer! I love the purple matte shade although it looks more burgundy on my more yellow undertones. I think im gna add an astral shade for more sparkle tho. I really hope mother Pat gives us something different this year! ❤ Last year was meh... but the bronzers were phenomenal!

@mariam.a. I completely agree. Pat McGrath is slowly leaving my top faves and this year didn't really even get in my top 10. Sunlit Seduction is beautiful and I created numerous gorgeous looks with it but I didn't feel the urge to use it. Too much of the same same, like Martina would say. We need greens, mustards, purples, blues for God sakes! Give is somethng different please! 🙏 I got the holiday palette and the greens are pretty in that but I'm talking about getting creative with the mattes and Satin shades!

I love using my red eyeshadows as a liner, an astral on the middle of the lid and pair it with a red lip and looks gorgeous, easy and effortless 😊
