Belachen goreng dan garam adalah step pertama yg paling mustahak di recipi tersebut, minyak kena pecah minyakuntuk tumis bahan rempah, daun curry atau daun limau purut 3.daun ,tymis sekali, Chicken stock dan gula putih 1.spoon ,Air Asam Jawa, dan Asam Keping 2.keping , bagi Sambal undang lebihenak dan harum, udang kering tak paya potong harus atau kisar, seekur 2.bagi sedap dan rasa.. Daun pandan Not Compausary, kerana rempah yg kamu kisar sudah harum dan wanggi.. Ok.. Gd job.. Kam Sheah. !

Belachen goreng, bunga rawabg dua kuntum ,daun curry atau daun limau pulut, masa kamu tumis sambai tak cukup pecah minyak, recipu ini tak payah buah keras dan daun pandan, tidak sesuai dalam resioe tersebut.. Di mana Tu Tu,, rindu pada dia.. Ok.. Gd job, kuah sambai ini boleh lawan dengan Asia Chef.. Ok. tgank u

I'm not a chef, but I started cooking with charcoal when I was very young because my parents worked.

您可以试着将香料多加一份除了香茅和香兰叶照旧,油可以加至600毫升,然后边炒边酌量,要注意最后会出油。
辣椒酱方便您可以考虑自己绞拌,用辣椒干会更香,用量可以参考我的[叁巴辣椒酱]另一支影片~
