    Hallo Top Chef.. Mr Peter. ,recioi bagus dan istimewah, kita kongsikan recipu tersebut.. Belachen goreng dan garam adalah step pertama yg paling mustahak di recipi tersebut, minyak kena pecah minyakuntuk tumis bahan rempah, daun curry atau daun limau purut 3.daun ,tymis sekali, Chicken stock dan gula putih 1.spoon ,Air Asam Jawa, dan Asam Keping 2.keping , bagi Sambal undang lebihenak dan harum, udang kering tak paya potong harus atau kisar, seekur 2.bagi sedap dan rasa.. Daun pandan Not Compausary, kerana rempah yg kamu kisar sudah harum dan wanggi.. Ok.. Gd job.. Kam Sheah. !

    Sifu l think this recipe not added have big cos India not have but replace with yogurt marinate overnight bake it is tandoori 🐓 l try one day let Ning know Thanks🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Chef Peter.. Recipe kamu paling lengkap dan istemewah tetapi bahan yg mustahak kamu miss out.. Belachen goreng, bunga rawabg dua kuntum ,daun curry atau daun limau pulut, masa kamu tumis sambai tak cukup pecah minyak, recipu ini tak payah buah keras dan daun pandan, tidak sesuai dalam resioe tersebut.. Di mana Tu Tu,, rindu pada dia.. Ok.. Gd job, kuah sambai ini boleh lawan dengan Asia Chef.. Ok. tgank u

      可以,看您个人喜欢的辣度,一般60~80克就够了。辣椒干也有几个种类,外表皮皱皱的会比较辣,小心选。
      可以加红辣椒,煮后颜色比较好色~

      @@mrpetercookingshow7690 Oh I'm from Singapore. I rarely see tumeric in it's root form, mostly powder and hardly find candlenut in the supermarkets. But perhaps I haven't been looking in the right places

      您可以试着将香料多加一份除了香茅和香兰叶照旧,油可以加至600毫升,然后边炒边酌量,要注意最后会出油。
      辣椒酱方便您可以考虑自己绞拌,用辣椒干会更香,用量可以参考我的[叁巴辣椒酱]另一支影片~

    Your style off cooking this recipe is totally different from peranakan style.
