Thanks. I did a day of Social Security Disability exams last month, and had two patients with inflammatory bowel disease and diarrhea, who did not know who often they need bathroom breaks. It made me sad, because their chances of being approved (both of them really did have bad disease) would be greater if they could give reliable numbers. My advice is: measure anything that can be measured - how much you can lift, low long you can stand, how far you can walk, how often you have a seizure, etc.. "Not much", "a lot", or "frequently" aren't very good answers.
