    So you passed the woman with "anxiety" that felt "overwhelmed" being in a grocery store - based solely on her spoken words, but you reject the ones with spine injury and don't take into consideration their old x-rays and MRI that attest that. I think you said it all of who you are and how superficial and heartless you are in decision making.

    You are wrong in your diagnosis and I will tell you why. In 2012 my knees and my ankles got very weak and painful. Also, my both arms and hands would get numb day and night. The weakness and pain in my joints was so severe that I could not bike anymore. That year I was doing extreme physical effort working 12 hours shifts each day taking care of 5 residents, 3 of them being in wheelchair. At that place later on I had an accident that fractured my spine. In 2014 my thumb from the left hand got swollen and painful and I couldn't use it anymore for more than 6 months. In 2018 both of my shoulders got very painful on the inside and swollen on the outside. The right one was crippled for two years. Two years I couldn't lift my arm and I had a very hard time taking shower. All these arthritis symptoms came and gone as I couldn't work anymore. Now, in November 2024 I was at the doctor the Disability office sent me. In that day, I didn't have any pain in joints or anything swollen. The doctor pushed me to do all the movements and he also pushed my both shoulders and rotated my arms. The result? After one week my shoulders started to hurt and my arms together with my hands gradually started to get numb day and night like they were back in 2012. Whom to tell this and how to prove? The doctors I went to didn't perform any x-rays, MRI, or any other tests. They solely based their decision on what I said, and I didn't complaint much as I couldn't remember everything in that moment. My brain is very affected and cannot focus or concentrate many times. I was found this summer with over-sized heart and can die any time as my brain doesn't get enough oxygen. I had a stroke already in 2022. This problem with my heart is mainly because I was left by "doctors" without any thyroid hormones substitutes for 9 years, in conditions that I had my thyroid completely removed back in 2007. Starting with 2015 the results of my blood tests were systematically falsified, the results of x-rays were also falsified, and I never got any real results with one exception. Every time I tried to go to doctor, everything was "fine". I am walking death for 9 years, and my body could survive just because I could get some medication Europe, and what I could get online, but the things got worse as all the vital medication got cut from mg to mcg which is truly next to zero, and all the natural alternatives got banned from everywhere. This is a demonic system, and what doctors do it is called genocide. You don't take into consideration what the patient is telling you, and you don't believe him/her, and in most of the cases you do wrong to them. Because in the case of osteo-skeletal diseases these episodes can come and go, and they would surely return immediately after you are pushed to do physical effort, or after you are pushed to do certain maneuvers at the medical exam. The doctors get from the start with the false idea that the patient is miming his disease/s. This is inhuman and immoral. And what is hilarious and unjust, is that all drug addicted get super easy approved for Social Supplemental Income fraudulently; They are heavily into drugs that alter their mental state, and they go to the doctors in this state and fake "bi-polar disorder". I was heavily abused by them, as all the high rise apartment buildings got filled with them starting with 2022. They have absolutely not any mental disorder. They are extremely evil and sadistic. They are day and night on drugs that pump their heart and they simply cannot stay still. They became criminals. They break the doors of other residents, they listen and track their victims inside of their apartments with contact microphones they put on the floor, and they constantly drop heavy stuff in the floor above your head. They don't let their victims get any rest or peace of mind day and night, and all of them are stalking their victims. And as it is very hard to prove what they are doing, their victims needs to move while these criminals continue to live comfortable on SSI paid from our taxes, having absolutely not any mental or physical disability that would restrict them to work, continuing to heavily abuse resident after resident. On the contrary, all of them are into body building and have such an inhumane energy that none of us have. Instead of being racked in a labor camp and put to work and pay for their shelter, they are granted immediately an income, while the ones like me with real physical disabilities are getting constantly false results and are left to die by doctors, who became truly criminals. It happen to me starting with November 2022 until present.

    Hello DR. Foster, I was hit by a car in 1990 and as a result now, I have a crooked spine where I feel continuous dull pain up and down my back. I have a herniated disk, two disks are fused together and two disks are bulging. My hips are crooked (the left one leans forward because my left leg is more than an inch shorter than my right leg, and pain spreads from my lower back and hips the longer I stand. I can stand/walk for around 30 minutes, which increases to a 7-8 on the pain scale, and then I need to lie down for a couple hours. When I press down on my head, my head starts hurting and is a little numb. When I had an MRI on my head, it showed a big blank space in the lower part of the front of my head. I have serious brain fog, which I take medicine for, and seizures which I take medicine for, but doesn't stop me from getting seizures. When I sit down, I am constantly moving around, because my lower back and hips are so uncomfortable and in pain. My body is probably at a 3 in pain throughout the day, but I can only walk and stand before I need to lay down. I would like to get your opinion on my physical if you can. Also when the doctors check the reflexes for my feet my feet don't jump like normal, they don't move at all. I did have surgery for a pinched sciatic nerve and I am still having pain shoot down my left leg occasionally.

    The delay should not be 2 years I agree that is too long but the disabled person , if he was working at a company, could continue to get insurance while on short or long term disability from his employer. In a worse case scenario he could get a plan on healthcare. Gov and if his income very low get Medicaid, while he waits for Medicare. Medicare is not free as he will pay for part b and need a medigap and part d plan

      Yesterday I examined a person who was very seriously disabled as a result of a catastrophic accident in January of 2024. They have no income, no health insurance, running out of savings, and thinking they may lose their home. Not everyone can get COBRA insurance. I am sure as I can be they will be approved by Social Security - they definitely meet a Listing, but the delay a normal approval takes may be disastrous for them.

There are so many things about it that I did not know since the last time I applied almost 10 years ago. I hope for a better outcome this time around. The thing is I think you might have a larger following on youtube if you mix it up a bit, maybe a Metallica t-shirt every once in a while. Stuff like that. I also have been noticing your left shoulder getting worse, like it is drooping more as the months go by. Maybe you should be getting disability, why not. Now I am reapplying in 2024 or 2025, whenever I get everything done. This all stems from a work accident back in 1998 where a welder shorted out sending me to the ground from the top of a semi trailer. Talk about work comp scams, it goes both ways. I worked until I just couldn't do it anymore and that was December 22, 2009. I hate the system. I am now a few weeks from turning 53 so I hope that helps. What the he'll are you talking ABOUT... so sick of health care as a issue... IT'S an issue that was never a problem as USA heath care has ALWAYs been good and truthfully the more they fix it the worse and more expensive it gets... ... THE USA GOV politicians as alwAys Tell you what THEIR job is rather than addressing real PROBLEMS, that's good work WHEN you can get it ... They do that when they are not artificially creating problems for THEIR ulterior motives of profit and control.....heath care needed no time devoted vs massive amounts as with Obama and then wash and repeat indefinitely... it's LIKE abortion that was fixed time after time after TIME after time ...... In your example the person would have Medicaid if not the remaining portion of their private plans from work that are structured to cover the gap... and like I said... no sky falling... no great bunches of disabled citizens up in arms, no just you TRYING to draw a picture of one non material poor case ... jesssusFc..... and if you separate the actusl care from the cost , it's the cost that's the problem but that is just part of a larger issue , even so, what your complaining about will do nothing but increase that cost even more.....

It's as though SSA is saying, "We know you can't work because you have a significant medical condition. Good luck with that for the next 2+ years!" • @DisabilityExams
      @DisabilityExams 13 дней назад

      It may, depends on how severely it impacts work-related abilities. When it comes to pyschological problems it seems psychoses have the best change of being approved. The issue with active tuberculosis and disability is it is usually curable. A condition has to be present at least 12 months, or be expected to be present at least 12 months to qualify. Most tuberculosis treatments are less than 12 months.

      @@steveb4018 Yes...30 years ago I was approved. My case was strong that when i got to the judge' ...they said that no testimony or further evidence was required. My case had reached the limits of treatment and my wife had family insurance so i had no need for immediate medical coverage, My heart goes out to those who do need immediate medical care and have to wait so long. This country needs 100% medical coverage for all like every other industrialized first world country on EARTH.

    I agree...our government is insane to make people wait up to 29 months for heath care (MEDICAID or MEDICARE) when they are disabled. I can not wave a flag for a country that does that to it's sick and injured.

      The most recent day I did disability exams I had a man I thought would probably die because of lack of ability to obtain needed medications and doctor's appointments before the 29 months was up. I agree, it makes no sense to me. And I see quite a few people in similar circumstances.

    Work burns me out so bad I am suicidal every day, but that didn't help my case. I got denied. Since then, in addition to depression, anxiety, and ocd, I have been diagnosed with autism. But I have six years of working full time (with some time on short term disability) I doubt they would approve me even though my medical providers think I should apply.

    I don’t want to be on disability. For 3 years I’ve tried. I’m in constant pain. My back top and bottom. Stabbing pains in thoracic area. Lower back feels like a deep awful ache. I can’t sit more than 30 minutes, stand for more than 25 minutes. I sleep maybe 3-4 hrs a night from pain and digestive issues from IBS. I constantly seek treatment. I tried a job like I use to do in customer service and didn’t last 3 days leaving early over 3 weeks needing a week to reducer after a day of excruciating pain from standing or sitting and handling customers. I have osteoarthritis and IBS, just got diagnosed for fibromyalgia. My original injuries are from when I was in my 20’s being T Boned, they have gotten much worse. I applied. I do need help right now. My family has so much financial pressure and I cannot work a regular job. I see a spine doctor, physiatrist, primary script, chiropractor, massage therapist. Can I qualify? I’m a mess. I don’t sleep. It’s caused me major issues with coping with the day due to pain, naseau, being so tired.

      You may qualify based on limited ability to sit and stand. In general Social Security discounts difficulty sleeping. IBS may also help if you need frequent unscheduled bathroom breaks. I would see if your medical doctors would complete a functional assessment form. Note: Social Security generally does not rely on information from chiropractors. Good luck!

      @ it can vary. With Ill feel just miserable and don’t want to talk to anyone or deal anything, I’ll get nauseous and it might stick around for an hour or off/on for a week. It’s common after eating. I can end up in the toilet for over 25 minutes, then need to cone back throughout the day some days. I was recently also diagnosed with fibromyalgia with score over 15. Today I’m dealing with the nausea, and it’s been going on everyday last 3 days, with frequent headaches. The back pain increases with my IBS symptoms often as well. I’m going to treat all my chronic conditions the best I can through my physician, spine clinic, massage therapist, chiropractor, gastrointestinal doctor. Thank you for your feedback, it means the world.

    My relative was in a psych hospital 17 times for psychosis. With schizoaffective disorder. 17 times ! Even taken with police and put in straight jacket in hospital. She recently told me she knew how to get out of a straight jacket in the hospital in the past. Yep they denied her Disability. Thankfully she is over 62 now. Almost old enough to also get medicare. 65 soon

      Really? The last time I saw a straight jacket in a hospital was in 1980 - and it was an antique. I haven't heard of anyone using a straight jacket since then.

      @DisabilityExams Yes it was in possibly 1989 In Florida possibly the 1990s. She thankfully has been in " remission" with Zyprexa since 2011 I believe, so it's been 13 years without a psychotic break. Through prayer and petition also her being on thyroid meds which If your thyroid is off you can get psychotic symptoms. So between levothyroxine and Zyprexa she had been good. She is still a tiny paranoid at times but its mild compared to an actual "breakdown". She applied for disability I believe in the 2010s timeframe, likely after her last psychotic break.
