I just seen your disability video.. If someone is a diabetic with neuropathy and already had surgery on one ankle and then on the other ankle had a diabetic ulcer that got infected and had to have emergency surgery and have a toe amputated would that possibly qualify?? Also they had back surgery in 2001 and they have a deteriorating disk in the l5-a1 area.. and on the foot that had the amputated toe that same foot has Charcot foot.. it’s all documented .. I was curious on your opinion thx
There is a good chance of being approved, but you are making the #1 mistake I see in disability applicants all the time: focusing on diagnoses instead of work-related limitations. Watch some more videos.
